About this task

岗位职责：
1. 履约分析与洞察生成：分析大型复杂数据集，监控端到端物流表现，包括运力、效率、体验、骑手行为等；独立识别数据中的业务问题，并转化为可影响业务决策的洞察。
2. 指标体系设计与报告：设计并维护绩效监控体系；创建并优化数据可视化和分析工具以支持业务目标；支持物流运营团队设定目标并跟踪表现；负责从数据抽取、转换到最终分析输出的端到端数据质量。
3. 跨职能协作：与各团队紧密合作，对齐运营优先事项；向非技术相关方有效传达数据洞察，并共同制定改进举措；推动团队采用数据驱动决策，保持卓越运营。
4. 策略支持与执行跟踪：参与运力和体验策略制定；跟踪执行结果，诊断差距，并基于数据证据提出纠偏建议。
岗位要求：
1. 信息系统、计算机科学、商业分析、统计学、经济学或相关定量领域本科及以上学历。
2. 2-3年以数据分析项目为重点的工作经验，能证明曾将分析结果转化为面向非技术相关方的可执行业务建议。
3. 中英文双语能力良好，具备良好的书面和口头沟通能力，可用于与全球团队的日常协作。
4. 具备成长型思维，好奇并善于先问“为什么”，愿意学习新知识并适应快节奏环境。
5. 有将AI Agent融入日常工作的经验，例如使用AI工具自动化重复任务、加速分析或提升输出质量。
优先条件：
1. 有物流、电商或即时服务平台经验者优先，但更重视解决问题的能力。
2. 熟悉SQL、Python、数据可视化工具者优先。

Responsibilities:
1. Fulfillment analytics and insight generation: Analyze large, complex datasets to monitor end-to-end logistics performance, including capacity, efficiency, experience, rider behavior, and related areas. Independently identify business issues from data and translate them into insights that influence business decisions.
2. Metric framework design and reporting: Design and maintain performance monitoring frameworks. Create and enhance data visualizations and analytical tools to support business goals. Support logistics operations teams in setting targets and tracking performance. Own end-to-end data quality, from extraction and transformation to final analytical output.
3. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to align on operational priorities. Communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders and co-develop improvement initiatives. Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across teams to maintain operational excellence.
4. Strategy support and execution tracking: Participate in the formulation of capacity and experience strategies. Track execution outcomes, diagnose gaps, and recommend corrective actions based on data evidence.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
2. 2-3 years of experience with a strong focus on data analytics projects, with demonstrated ability to translate analysis into actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
3. Bilingual in English and Chinese, with good written and verbal communication skills for daily collaboration with global teams.
4. Growth mindset; curious and inclined to ask “why” first, willing to learn new knowledge and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
5. Experience integrating AI agents into daily work, such as using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate analysis, or improve output quality.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or on-demand platforms is a plus, but problem-solving ability is valued more than domain knowledge.
2. Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools is preferred.
