About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责IDC（Internet Data Center）项目的前期规划、开发及落地推进，参与项目全生命周期管理，包括需求调研、方案设计、资源协调、建设实施及交付管理。
2、具备丰富的IDC项目开发及交付经验，能够独立推进数据中心相关项目建设，并协调内外部资源保障项目顺利实施。
3、熟悉IDC整体架构及核心技术，包括机房基础设施、网络架构、电力系统、制冷系统、安全体系及运维体系等。
4、理解IDC行业相关标准及规范，具备数据中心后期运营维护经验，能够从建设、交付到运营阶段提供专业支持与优化建议。
5、负责与客户、合作伙伴及供应商进行技术交流和商务沟通，能够根据客户需求制定IDC解决方案，并推动项目合作落地。
6、跟踪全球及中东地区IDC、云计算、算力网络及AI基础设施等行业发展趋势，结合业务发展需求提出市场拓展及业务创新建议。
7、协同销售、技术、交付及运营团队，推动IDC相关业务（云、算力、网络、安全等）协同发展。
8、参与IDC项目风险评估、成本控制及进度管理，确保项目建设质量与交付效率符合要求。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，通信工程、计算机、网络工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业优先。
2、具备IDC/数据中心相关工作经验，有大型IDC建设、开发、交付或运营经验者优先。
3、熟悉IDC核心技术体系，包括数据中心基础设施架构、网络及IT系统、云计算及虚拟化技术、电力、暖通及机房相关系统、IDC运维及安全管理体系。
4、具备良好的网络与IT基础知识，了解电信行业及相关战略新兴业务，具备云计算、算力网络、AI算力基础设施等相关知识储备。
5、熟悉数据中心行业标准及规范，具备一定项目管理能力，能够推动跨团队协作及项目落地。
6、具备较强的市场敏感度及客户沟通能力，能够独立完成技术交流、方案讲解及客户需求分析。
7、中英文可作为工作语言，能够进行无障碍商务及技术沟通。
8、具备良好的责任心、执行力及团队协作能力，能够适应跨国及跨区域协同工作环境。
9、有中东地区IDC项目经验、云厂商合作经验或电信运营商背景者优先。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the early-stage planning, development, and implementation of IDC (Internet Data Center) projects, and participate in full life-cycle project management, including requirements research, solution design, resource coordination, construction implementation, and delivery management.
2. Use extensive IDC project development and delivery experience to independently drive data center-related construction projects and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project implementation.
3. Be familiar with the overall IDC architecture and core technologies, including data center facilities, network architecture, power systems, cooling systems, security systems, and operations and maintenance systems.
4. Understand relevant IDC industry standards and specifications, have experience in later-stage data center operations and maintenance, and provide professional support and optimization recommendations from construction and delivery through the operations stage.
5. Conduct technical exchanges and business communication with customers, partners, and suppliers; develop IDC solutions based on customer needs and drive project cooperation to implementation.
6. Track global and Middle East industry trends in IDC, cloud computing, computing power networks, and AI infrastructure, and propose market expansion and business innovation suggestions based on business development needs.
7. Collaborate with sales, technical, delivery, and operations teams to promote the coordinated development of IDC-related businesses such as cloud, computing power, network, and security.
8. Participate in IDC project risk assessment, cost control, and schedule management to ensure construction quality and delivery efficiency meet requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in communications engineering, computer science, network engineering, electronic information, automation, or related fields are preferred.
2. Relevant IDC/data center work experience; experience in large-scale IDC construction, development, delivery, or operations is preferred.
3. Familiarity with IDC core technology systems, including data center infrastructure architecture, network and IT systems, cloud computing and virtualization technologies, power, HVAC and data room-related systems, and IDC operations, maintenance, and security management systems.
4. Solid network and IT fundamentals; understanding of the telecommunications industry and related strategic emerging businesses; knowledge of cloud computing, computing power networks, and AI computing infrastructure.
5. Familiarity with data center industry standards and specifications; certain project management capabilities and ability to drive cross-team collaboration and project implementation.
6. Strong market awareness and customer communication skills; ability to independently complete technical exchanges, solution presentations, and customer needs analysis.
7. Chinese and English can be used as working languages, with barrier-free business and technical communication.
8. Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and teamwork spirit; able to adapt to a multinational and cross-regional collaborative work environment.
9. Experience in IDC projects in the Middle East, cooperation with cloud vendors, or a telecommunications operator background is preferred.
