About this task

岗位职责：
1、全面负责光伏电站项目现场整体管理，统筹施工进度、质量、安全、成本及人员、物料管控，保障项目按合同、图纸及规范落地交付。
2、负责施工班组、当地合作方及甲方、监理对接协调，解决现场施工各类问题，把控施工关键节点。
3、负责项目资料报送、进度汇报、分项及竣工验收、现场结算与移交等全流程工作。
4、落实项目安全文明施工管理，遵守当地法规及公司管理制度，严控施工风险。
任职要求：
1、具备光伏新能源行业项目管理经验，熟悉地面光伏电站施工全流程、工艺标准及行业规范，能独立统筹光伏项目整体运作。
2、英语口语可正常沟通。
3、岗位属于光伏项目派驻岗，入职后在国内面试培训，完成培训后派驻项目现场。

Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for overall on-site management of photovoltaic power station projects, coordinate construction progress, quality, safety, cost, personnel, and material control, and ensure project delivery in accordance with contracts, drawings, and specifications.
2. Coordinate with construction teams, local partners, the client, and supervision parties; resolve various on-site construction issues and control key construction milestones.
3. Handle the full process of project document submission, progress reporting, sectional and final acceptance, on-site settlement, and handover.
4. Implement safe and civilized construction management, comply with local regulations and company management systems, and strictly control construction risks.
Requirements:
1. Project management experience in the photovoltaic new energy industry; familiarity with the full construction process, technical standards, and industry specifications for ground-mounted photovoltaic power stations; ability to independently coordinate overall photovoltaic project operations.
2. Able to communicate normally in spoken English.
3. This is an assignment role for photovoltaic projects. Interviews and training are conducted domestically after onboarding, and the candidate will be assigned to the project site after completing training.
