Overseas Project Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责海外工程项目安装的整体规划、进度控制、成本预算及质量目标达成，确保项目按合同要求交付。
2、管理海外供应商、分包商及当地合作伙伴，确保设备、材料、人员等资源按时到位。
3、主导解决项目安装过程中的关键问题，保障项目按照时间节点安装投产。
任职要求：
1、五年以上重工业项目管理经验。
2、具备海外项目落地经验，有工程项目现场管理经验。
3、英语口语交流流利。
薪资补充：海外差旅补贴另算。
驻外国家/地区：阿联酋、马来西亚、中非、沙特阿拉伯、哥伦比亚。工作语言：英语。驻外时长：1~3个月。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overall planning, schedule control, cost budgeting, and achievement of quality objectives for overseas engineering project installation, ensuring delivery in accordance with contract requirements.
2. Manage overseas suppliers, subcontractors, and local partners to ensure equipment, materials, personnel, and other resources are in place on time.
3. Lead the resolution of key issues during project installation and ensure the project is installed and put into production according to schedule milestones.
Requirements:
1. More than five years of project management experience in heavy industry.
2. Experience implementing overseas projects and experience in on-site engineering project management.
3. Fluent spoken English communication.
Compensation note: Overseas travel allowance is calculated separately.
Overseas locations: United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Central Africa, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia. Working language: English. Overseas assignment duration: 1 to 3 months.
