Technical Support Engineer

About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责视讯海外项目施工方案制定、发货跟踪、安装调试指导及验收跟进；
2、负责客诉问题应急处理，包括现场问题排查、研发对接及问题闭环跟进；
3、负责海外区域技术人员赋能，提供项目及售后技术指导；
4、负责海外当地服务生态资源的培养与赋能。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，具备基本英语交流能力；
2、有海外项目技术支持或维修经验；
3、能适应海外出差，能吃苦耐劳；
4、具备较强的责任感、沟通能力和协调能力。

工作地点：驻阿联酋、伊拉克等海外地区。
工作语言：英语。
驻外时长：6至12个月。
薪资：12-20K·15薪。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop construction plans for overseas video project implementation, track shipments, guide installation and commissioning, and follow up on acceptance;
2. Handle customer complaint emergencies, including on-site issue investigation, coordination with R&D, and follow-up until issue closure;
3. Empower technical staff in overseas regions and provide technical guidance for projects and after-sales service;
4. Develop and enable local overseas service ecosystem resources.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with basic English communication skills;
2. Experience in technical support or maintenance for overseas projects;
3. Able to adapt to overseas business trips and work diligently under challenging conditions;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills.

Work Location: Based in overseas regions such as the United Arab Emirates and Iraq.
Working Language: English.
Overseas Assignment Duration: 6 to 12 months.
Salary: 12-20K, 15 salaries per year.
