International Project Management Engineer

About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责海外风电及储能项目施工现场的整体组织、协调与管理，作为现场执行负责人，确保项目按计划推进；
2、组织并实施项目现场施工方案、技术方案及管理要求，确保设计和技术方案在现场有效落地；
3、负责风电机组或储能系统（BESS）的安装、调试、并网/投运等现场技术管理工作；
4、全面负责施工现场进度、质量和EHS管理，作为现场安全与质量的首要责任人；
5、统筹现场人、材、机等资源配置，协调中外方施工人员及分包商的现场工作；
6、及时处理和协调现场技术问题、施工问题及突发情况，并向项目经理反馈重大风险；
7、配合项目经理完成现场层面的业主、监理及第三方技术与施工协调工作；
8、定期汇报现场施工进展、存在问题及改进建议，保障项目顺利实施。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电气工程、能源与动力工程、自动化、机电工程、土木工程等相关专业；
2、具备新能源项目经验，以及风电或储能项目现场施工或调试管理经验；
3、熟悉风电机组或储能系统的安装、调试及投运流程，具备较强现场技术解决能力；
4、熟悉新能源项目相关国际标准及当地工程规范；
5、具备良好的现场组织协调能力和团队管理能力，执行力强；
6、英语可作为工作语言，能够进行现场沟通和技术交流；
7、能适应长期项目驻场工作，具备较强抗压能力，有意愿在现场长期发展者优先；
8、具有海外项目经验、安全类证书、建造师或PMP等证书者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overall organization, coordination, and management of construction sites for overseas wind power and energy storage projects, acting as the on-site execution lead to ensure projects progress as planned;
2. Organize and implement on-site construction plans, technical solutions, and management requirements to ensure that design and technical plans are effectively executed on site;
3. Be responsible for on-site technical management of wind turbine generators or battery energy storage systems (BESS), including installation, commissioning, grid connection, and operation launch;
4. Take full responsibility for construction site schedule, quality, and EHS management, serving as the primary person responsible for on-site safety and quality;
5. Coordinate on-site allocation of labor, materials, machinery, and other resources, and coordinate the work of Chinese and foreign construction personnel and subcontractors;
6. Promptly handle and coordinate on-site technical issues, construction issues, and emergencies, and report major risks to the project manager;
7. Support the project manager in owner, supervisor, and third-party technical and construction coordination at the site level;
8. Regularly report on-site construction progress, existing issues, and improvement suggestions to ensure smooth project implementation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, energy and power engineering, automation, mechanical and electrical engineering, civil engineering, or related fields;
2. Experience in new energy projects, with on-site construction or commissioning management experience in wind power or energy storage projects;
3. Familiar with installation, commissioning, and operation launch processes for wind turbine generators or energy storage systems, with strong on-site technical problem-solving ability;
4. Familiar with relevant international standards and local engineering specifications for new energy projects;
5. Good on-site organization and coordination ability, team management capability, and strong execution skills;
6. English can be used as a working language for on-site communication and technical exchange;
7. Able to adapt to long-term project site assignments, with strong pressure resistance; candidates willing to develop long-term on site are preferred;
8. Overseas project experience, safety certificates, constructor certificates, PMP, or similar certifications are preferred.
