About this task

岗位职责：
1. 全职带薪培训学习货代全流程，包括操作、单证、客户沟通、现场协调等。
2. 使用葡语对接当地客户和供应商，处理日常工作。
3. 按“主管→经理→分公司负责人”路径成长，1-2年内开始带团队。

任职要求：
1. 葡语专业，本科学历，口语和书面表达流畅，能将葡语作为工作语言。
2. 愿意驻外非洲，心态开放，有责任心。
3. 有学生干部经历、驾照者优先。
4. 接受驻外至少2年。
5. 葡语B2及以上，能进行日常办公交流。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Receive full-time paid training to learn the full freight forwarding process, including operations, documentation, customer communication, and on-site coordination.
2. Use Portuguese to communicate with local customers and suppliers and handle daily work.
3. Grow along the path of “Supervisor → Manager → Branch Manager,” with the opportunity to start leading a team within 1 to 2 years.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese; fluent spoken and written Portuguese, able to use Portuguese as a working language.
2. Willing to be based in Africa, with an open mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Experience as a student leader and a driver’s license are preferred.
4. Able to accept an overseas assignment of at least 2 years.
5. Portuguese proficiency at B2 level or above, sufficient for daily office communication.
