Real Estate Project Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1、负责房地产项目的整体规划、执行与进度管控，确保项目高效推进。
2、组织协调设计、施工、采购等各环节资源，保障项目顺利实施。
3、监督项目质量、安全与成本控制，落实各项管理目标。
4、对接相关合作方及内部团队，推动项目关键事项落地。

任职要求：
1、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效整合多方资源。
2、能适应海外工作环境，接受长期驻外安排。
3、具有较强的抗压能力和问题解决能力。
4、有项目管理经验，能独立承担项目管理工作。

工作地点：刚果（金）。
工作语言：中文。
驻外时长：长期驻外。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and schedule control of real estate projects to ensure efficient project progress.
2. Organize and coordinate resources across design, construction, procurement, and other stages to ensure smooth project implementation.
3. Supervise project quality, safety, and cost control, and implement management objectives.
4. Liaise with relevant partners and internal teams to drive the execution of key project matters.

Requirements:
1. Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively integrate resources from multiple parties.
2. Able to adapt to an overseas working environment and accept long-term overseas assignment.
3. Strong ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
4. Project management experience and the ability to independently undertake project management work.
