岗位职责：
1. 负责智慧灌溉项目全周期管理，包括需求对接、方案设计、施工统筹及验收交付。
2. 统筹项目进度、成本与质量，协调内外部资源，确保项目按时落地。
3. 对接客户与供应商，处理现场技术问题，保障交付满意度。
4. 输出项目文档，沉淀交付经验，推动标准化流程建设。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，农业水利、给排水、机电一体化等相关专业。
2. 3年以上农业灌溉或水利工程项目管理经验，熟悉滴灌/喷灌系统设计与施工。
3. 具备独立项目统筹能力，能适应出差与现场工作。
4. 持建造师、PMP证书或有智慧农业项目经验者优先。
5. 英语沟通流畅，可长期驻外，有海外项目经验优先。
6. 工作语言：葡萄牙语、英语。
7. 驻外时长：长期驻外。

Work location: Angola and Zimbabwe

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of smart irrigation projects, including requirements alignment, solution design, construction coordination, acceptance, and delivery.
2. Oversee project progress, cost, and quality; coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely implementation.
3. Liaise with clients and suppliers, resolve on-site technical issues, and ensure delivery satisfaction.
4. Prepare project documentation, consolidate delivery experience, and promote standardized process development.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in agricultural water conservancy, water supply and drainage, mechatronics, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of project management experience in agricultural irrigation or water conservancy engineering; familiar with the design and construction of drip/sprinkler irrigation systems.
3. Strong independent project coordination capabilities and willingness to travel and work on site.
4. Constructor certification, PMP certification, or smart agriculture project experience is preferred.
5. Fluent English communication skills; ability to be stationed overseas long term; overseas project experience is preferred.
6. Working languages: Portuguese and English.
7. Overseas assignment duration: long-term assignment.
