About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责海外钢结构项目全流程管理，确保项目按期交付。
2. 全面管控项目成本，负责项目成本核算及费用管控。
3. 结合海外当地建筑规范、施工标准，协助编制钢结构专项施工技术方案。

任职要求：
1. 能用英语作为工作语言进行基本交流沟通，或具备其他相关语种能力，处理各类涉外事务。
2. 5年以上钢结构工程项目施工管理经验，3年以上海外钢结构项目全盘管理经验，熟悉海外钢结构项目施工全流程。
3. 具备常驻海外项目现场工作的意愿与身体条件，接受公司根据业务需求进行国别及岗位调配。

薪资福利：
1. 薪资待遇：15-30K/月；或年薪18万-40万，根据项目经验、能力及证书定级。

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full process of overseas steel structure projects and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
2. Take overall control of project costs and be responsible for project cost accounting and expense management.
3. Assist in preparing specialized construction technical plans for steel structures in accordance with local overseas building codes and construction standards.

Requirements:
1. Able to use English as a working language for basic communication, or have proficiency in another relevant language, to handle various foreign-related matters.
2. More than 5 years of construction management experience in steel structure engineering projects, including more than 3 years of overall management experience in overseas steel structure projects; familiar with the full construction process of overseas steel structure projects.
3. Willing and physically able to be stationed at overseas project sites; able to accept country and position assignments based on business needs.

Salary and benefits:
1. Compensation: 15-30K CNY per month, or annual salary of RMB 180,000-400,000, graded based on project experience, capability, and certificates.
