岗位概述:本岗位为巴西本土常驻交付岗,负责对接巴西本地法人、律所、银行及平台渠道,统筹完成客户的巴西公司注册、银行开户、本土店铺注册、KYC核验等全流程落地工作;把控项目交付周期、成本与合规风险,保障项目按时保质交付,并对接国内销售与客户端需求。
核心职责:
1. 对接巴西本土法人、持牌会计师、律师、银行及商务渠道,整理客户主体资料,完成巴西公司注册、CNPJ税号申请、银行对公账户开户、主流平台本土店铺注册(美客多、Shopee、TikTok Shop等)等流程。
2. 跟进审批节点进度,同步国内团队与客户,保障流程按标准周期推进。
3. 配合国内销售团队对接客户需求,结合巴西本地政策、流程规则与落地经验,提供合规可行的落地方案和报价支持。
4. 负责巴西本土法人身份核验、客户主体KYC人脸核验,对接平台审核渠道,统筹资料提交、人脸核验预约及现场配合。
5. 跟进KYC审核进度,处理审核驳回后的资料整改、补充提交与二次申诉。
6. 建立项目台账,把控交付周期、服务成本与合规风险,预警政策变动、资料缺失、审核异常等风险并推动解决。
7. 负责项目交付后的资料归档、客户交接与验收确认。
8. 维护巴西本地合作渠道,拓展优化本土资源,跟进巴西工商、税务、电商平台政策规则变动并更新交付流程。
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,葡萄牙语、国际经济与贸易、跨境电商、工商管理类相关专业优先。
2. 有巴西公司注册、银行开户、跨境电商本土店交付相关经验优先。
3. 可接受长期常驻巴西,任期1-2年起,按制度享受回国带薪休假与往返机票福利。
4. 熟悉巴西工商注册、税务登记、银行开户基础流程与规则,了解美客多、Shopee等平台本土店入驻要求优先。
5. 具备独立项目跟进能力,能统筹多项目并行推进,把控节点、识别风险、推动落地。
6. 熟练使用Office办公软件,可独立整理项目台账、输出进度报表与交付总结。
7. 具备基础商务谈判能力,能对接本土渠道洽谈合作、优化成本。
8. 细致严谨、责任心强,对合规风险敏感;具备问题解决能力、自驱力和跨文化适应能力,沟通顺畅、服务意识强。
薪资福利:底薪10K-14K;入职购买社保及海外保险。年龄28岁以下,男女不限,最好会开车;有葡语基础更好,不强制要求。工作语言为葡萄牙语、中文;驻外国家为巴西,驻外时长约1年。
Position overview: This is a locally based delivery role in Brazil, responsible for coordinating with local legal representatives, law firms, banks and platform channels in Brazil to complete end-to-end delivery for client projects, including Brazilian company registration, bank account opening, local store registration and KYC verification. The role manages project delivery timelines, costs and compliance risks, ensures timely and high-quality delivery, and supports domestic sales teams and client requirements.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with local Brazilian legal representatives, licensed accountants, lawyers, banks and business channels; organize client entity documents; complete Brazilian company registration, CNPJ tax number application, corporate bank account opening, and local store registration on major platforms such as Mercado Livre, Shopee and TikTok Shop.
2. Follow up on each approval milestone, synchronize progress with domestic teams and clients, and ensure processes move forward within standard timelines.
3. Support domestic sales teams in understanding client needs, provide compliant and feasible implementation plans based on Brazilian local policies, process rules and delivery experience, and assist with quotation details.
4. Handle local Brazilian legal representative identity verification and client entity KYC facial verification; coordinate with platform review channels, document submission, facial verification appointments and on-site support.
5. Track KYC review progress and handle document corrections, supplementary submissions and secondary appeals after rejection.
6. Maintain project trackers, manage delivery timelines, service costs and compliance risks, issue early warnings on policy changes, missing documents and review exceptions, and coordinate resources to resolve issues.
7. Complete document archiving, client handover and acceptance confirmation after delivery.
8. Maintain local cooperation channels in Brazil, expand and optimize local resources, track changes in Brazilian business registration, tax and e-commerce platform policies, and update standardized delivery processes.
Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above; majors in Portuguese, international economics and trade, cross-border e-commerce, business administration or related fields are preferred.
2. Experience in Brazilian company registration, bank account opening or cross-border e-commerce local store delivery is preferred.
3. Able to be stationed in Brazil long term, with an assignment period starting from 1-2 years; paid home leave and round-trip flight benefits are provided according to company policy.
4. Familiar with basic procedures and rules for Brazilian business registration, tax registration and bank account opening; understanding of local store onboarding requirements for platforms such as Mercado Livre and Shopee is preferred.
5. Strong independent project follow-up capability, able to manage multiple projects, control milestones, identify risks and drive implementation.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to independently maintain project trackers and produce progress reports and delivery summaries.
7. Basic business negotiation skills, able to communicate with local channels, negotiate cooperation and optimize costs.
8. Detail-oriented, responsible and sensitive to compliance risks; strong problem-solving ability, self-motivation, cross-cultural adaptability, smooth communication and service awareness.
Compensation and benefits: Base salary 10K-14K; social insurance and overseas insurance provided upon onboarding. Candidates under 28 are preferred, all genders welcome; driving ability is preferred. Basic Portuguese is a plus but not mandatory. Working languages are Portuguese and Chinese; assignment country is Brazil, with an overseas duration of about 1 year.
