OEM Presales Solutions Engineer

About this task

工作职责：
1. 负责行业招标中的方案设计、方案制作、投标响应、技术澄清、产品配置和优化。
2. 进行客户访问和技术交流，收集和探索客户需求。
3. 根据客户需求，为公司产品和技术规划设计相应的产品解决方案，准确把握项目目标和周期，并与研发等合作部门沟通协调，确保项目顺利进行。
4. 通过培训等方式提高销售人员和渠道合作伙伴的技术技能。
5. 分析当地行业趋势，及时研究、监测和分析竞争对手动态，输出竞争分析报告并提出相应对策。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，通信、计算机科学及相关专业优先。
2. 熟悉路由器、交换机、WLAN、AP等产品，有相关售前经验者优先。
3. 5年以上通信行业知名公司产品经理或售前工作经验。
4. 英语能作为工作语言，小语种加分。
5. 有海外工作经验者优先。
6. 有计算机硬件、通信/网络设备、计算机软件行业经验者优先。

工作地点：驻巴西。工作语言：英语。驻外时长：1年。

Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for solution design, solution documentation, bid response, technical clarification, product configuration and optimization for industry tenders.
2. Conduct customer visits and technical exchanges, and collect and explore customer requirements.
3. Design product solutions for the company's products and technologies based on customer needs, accurately understand project goals and timelines, and coordinate with R&D and other collaborating departments to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Improve the technical skills of sales personnel and channel partners through training and other methods.
5. Analyze local industry trends, promptly research, monitor and analyze competitor dynamics, produce competitive analysis reports and propose corresponding countermeasures.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in communications, computer science or related fields are preferred.
2. Familiarity with routers, switches, WLAN, AP and related presales experience is preferred.
3. More than 5 years of product management or presales experience in a well-known communications industry company.
4. English can be used as a working language; additional languages are a plus.
5. Overseas work experience is preferred.
6. Experience in computer hardware, communications/network equipment or computer software industries is preferred.
