Senior Data Analytics Manager

About this task

Job Responsibilities
1. Provide logistics data and business analysis support for the leadership team, including dashboard design, scorecard design and performance data tracking.
2. Provide weekly and monthly logistics business reviews, including business process optimization indicators, workforce performance indicators and capacity planning recommendations.
3. Collaborate with teams including the China performance team, EU logistics operation team and HQ data team.
4. Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in data analysis, business analysis or a related field.
2. 5+ years of data analysis experience, including at least 3 years in e-commerce supply chain or logistics.
3. Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight or similar tools.
4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; able to work well under pressure and prioritize competing deliverables.
5. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
