岗位定位:
负责巴西智慧水表业务从市场机会、线索经营、订单获取,到项目交付、验收及回款的全流程推进。岗位同时承担 LTO 与 OTC 两条端到端业务主线,不仅负责项目交付阶段,还参与前期市场机会识别、客户培育、解决方案、投标及订单获取,对智慧水表业务全流程经营结果负责。
岗位职责:
1. 负责智慧水表业务从市场布局、线索、订单、交付到回款的全链条推进,确保“线索→订单→现金”有效衔接。
2. 统筹 LTO 与 OTC 两条业务主线,推动重点项目从商机发现到最终回款落地。
3. 关注巴西水务市场发展、行业政策、运营模式及竞争格局,识别水务公司、市政、PPP 及特许经营等潜在业务机会。
4. 结合漏损治理、智能计量等需求,持续挖掘智慧水表业务机会,并通过客户拜访、行业展会、技术交流等方式获取和培育项目线索。
5. 组织客户技术交流、试点演示及需求沟通,推动潜在机会转化为正式项目,并协调内部资源解决推进中的关键问题。
6. 根据客户需求,协同团队制定智慧水表及智慧水务解决方案,理解 NB-IoT、LoRaWAN、AMI、计量精度、漏损控制等相关技术及应用场景。
7. 参与设备销售、设备+服务、融资、运营分成等商业模式设计,推动技术方案与商务方案结合。
8. 推进智慧水表产品在巴西市场的准入及相关认证,协调 INMETRO、Anatel、CPqD、Moderna 等测试、认证及送样工作。
9. 参与项目投标/议标,负责技术资料、方案、报价及内部评审协调,推动从技术方案、商务报价到合同签订的整体进程。
10. 负责中标/合同签订后的订单转化及项目启动,确认 PO 及 SOP 要货需求,协调生产排产、物流及清关。
11. 推动现场安装、项目实施及交付进度,及时识别交付风险并协调内外部资源解决。
12. 对接客户验收标准,组织现场验收及问题闭环,推动项目开票、结算及回款。
13. 跟踪项目回款节奏及应收账款情况,识别逾期风险并推动解决,协同相关部门做好项目经营结果管理。
14. 策划并参与水务行业展会、客户 Workshop、技术交流等市场活动,与水务协会、咨询机构及生态伙伴建立合作关系,提升智慧水务及智能水表产品在巴西市场的品牌认知及客户触达。
基本要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,给排水、通信工程、自动化、电子信息、物联网、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2. 5 年以上通信、IoT、智慧水务、计量等相关行业工作经验。
3. 3 年以上巴西或拉美市场相关工作经验,有水务、智能水表、AMI 或智能计量项目经验优先。
4. 有智慧水务、智能水表、AMI 类项目的市场、售前、解决方案或项目管理经验。
5. 熟悉巴西市场项目运作及客户开发流程,有投标、议标或大型项目推进经验。
6. 英语能够作为工作语言。
7. 接受长期驻巴西及巴西境内频繁出差、现场督导。
8. 具备较强的客户沟通、项目推动、跨部门协调及问题解决能力。
专业能力要求:
1. 具备 LTO 与 OTC 端到端项目管理思维,能够统筹从线索、方案、投标、订单到交付、验收及回款的全过程。

Position Summary:
Responsible for the end-to-end advancement of the smart water meter business in Brazil, from market opportunities, lead management, and order acquisition to project delivery, acceptance, and payment collection. The role covers both LTO and OTC end-to-end business streams. In addition to project delivery, it also participates in early-stage market opportunity identification, customer cultivation, solution development, bidding, and order acquisition, and is accountable for the full-cycle business results of the smart water meter business.
Responsibilities:
1. Drive the full chain of the smart water meter business from market planning, leads, orders, and delivery to payment collection, ensuring effective connection from leads to orders to cash.
2. Coordinate both LTO and OTC business streams and promote key projects from opportunity discovery to final payment collection.
3. Monitor the development of Brazil's water utility market, industry policies, operating models, and competitive landscape, identifying potential opportunities with water utilities, municipalities, PPPs, and concessions.
4. Continuously explore smart water meter opportunities based on needs such as leakage control and smart metering, and acquire and cultivate project leads through customer visits, industry exhibitions, and technical exchanges.
5. Organize customer technical exchanges, pilot demonstrations, and requirement discussions; convert potential opportunities into formal projects and coordinate internal resources to resolve key issues.
6. Work with teams to develop smart water meter and smart water solutions based on customer needs, with understanding of NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, AMI, metering accuracy, leakage control, and related technologies and scenarios.
7. Participate in designing business models such as equipment sales, equipment plus services, financing, and revenue sharing, and promote integration of technical and commercial solutions.
8. Promote product market access and related certifications for smart water meters in Brazil, coordinating testing, certification, and sample submission with INMETRO, Anatel, CPqD, Moderna, and other parties.
9. Participate in project bidding/negotiation, coordinate technical materials, solutions, quotations, and internal reviews, and drive the process from technical solution and commercial quotation to contract signing.
10. Manage order conversion and project launch after bid award or contract signing, confirm PO and SOP demand requirements, and coordinate production scheduling, logistics, and customs clearance.
11. Drive onsite installation, implementation, and delivery progress; identify delivery risks in a timely manner and coordinate internal and external resources to resolve them.
12. Align with customer acceptance standards, organize onsite acceptance and issue closure, and promote invoicing, settlement, and payment collection.
13. Track payment collection rhythm and accounts receivable, identify overdue risks, drive resolution, and work with relevant departments to manage project business results.
14. Plan and participate in water industry exhibitions, customer workshops, technical exchanges, and other marketing activities; build relationships with water associations, consulting firms, and ecosystem partners; and enhance market awareness and customer reach for smart water and smart meter products in Brazil.
Basic Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in water supply and drainage, communications engineering, automation, electronic information, IoT, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
2. More than 5 years of experience in communications, IoT, smart water, metering, or related industries.
3. More than 3 years of experience related to the Brazil or Latin America market; experience in water utilities, smart water meters, AMI, or smart metering projects is preferred.
4. Experience in marketing, pre-sales, solutions, or project management for smart water, smart water meter, or AMI projects.
5. Familiar with project operation and customer development processes in the Brazil market, with experience in bidding, negotiation, or large-scale project advancement.
6. Able to use English as a working language.
7. Willing to be based in Brazil long term and travel frequently within Brazil for onsite supervision.
8. Strong customer communication, project promotion, cross-functional coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
Professional Requirements:
1. End-to-end LTO and OTC project management mindset, able to coordinate the full process from leads, solutions, bidding, and orders to delivery, acceptance, and payment collection.
2. Understanding of smart water technologies and applications such as NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, and AMI.
3. Understanding of common business models for smart water projects, including equipment sales, equipment plus services, financing, and revenue sharing.
4. Familiar with or knowledgeable about product access, certification, and testing processes in Brazil.
5. Experience in project delivery, customer relationships, and supplier coordination.
6. Able to drive project implementation and solve onsite issues in complex environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with major Brazilian water utilities and ecosystems such as EMBASA, SABESP, and CEDAE.
2. Led or deeply participated in INMETRO certification, CPqD testing, Moderna certification, or similar projects.
3. Experience in water PPP, concession, financing, or revenue-sharing projects.
4. Experience in localized assembly or capacity implementation.
5. Experience in SOP demand planning, onsite acceptance, and payment collection management.
6. Composite background in communications, optical networks, IoT, or related industries.
7. Long-term work experience in Brazil or overseas residence experience is preferred.
