岗位定位：面向拉美区域云计算业务，负责企业客户云计算解决方案的架构设计、技术交流及项目落地，覆盖企业上云、云迁移、混合云、云原生等方向。需具备真实云计算项目实战经验，能够独立完成客户需求分析、架构设计、方案输出、技术交流及项目实施协同，并适应海外客户及跨文化工作环境。优秀候选人有机会承担拉美区域重点项目技术负责人或解决方案架构师角色。

岗位职责：
1. 负责拉美区域客户云计算解决方案设计与技术方案输出，根据客户业务需求开展需求调研、技术分析及架构设计，覆盖企业上云、云迁移、混合云、云原生等场景，并综合考虑高可用、高性能、安全、可靠性及成本。
2. 直接对接海外客户，开展需求沟通、技术交流及方案汇报；配合销售及业务团队推进重点客户和重点项目；参与技术方案比选、PoC验证、技术答疑及投标等工作；能够独立向客户解释技术架构、实施路径及方案价值。
3. 协同交付、开发、运维等团队推动云项目落地；参与项目架构评审、实施方案制定及关键技术问题解决；跟踪项目进度，识别并推动解决技术风险；对重点项目承担技术负责人或架构师角色。
4. 跟踪拉美区域云计算、数字化及行业技术发展趋势，结合当地客户需求提供本地化云计算解决方案支持，收集客户及市场反馈并沉淀典型项目案例、解决方案及技术资料。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、信息安全等相关专业优先。
2. 3年以上云计算、解决方案架构、售前技术支持或相关工作经验。
3. 有企业上云、云迁移、混合云、云原生等实际项目经验。
4. 能够独立参与或主导云架构设计、方案输出及项目落地。
5. 具备较强的技术方案编写、PPT汇报及客户技术交流能力。
6. 英语能够作为工作语言，能够独立进行英文技术交流、方案汇报及技术资料阅读。
7. 具备较强的沟通协调、问题分析和项目推进能力。

优先条件：有大型企业云计算、迁云、混合云或云原生项目实战经验；有完整的需求分析、架构设计、方案输出、技术交流和项目落地经验；持有阿里云ACP/ACE、华为HCIP/HCIE、AWS、Azure或同等级云计算/架构认证者优先；有大型云项目架构设计、性能优化、安全治理或容灾设计经验；有跨国项目、海外客户或海外工作经验者优先。

海外派驻要求：接受长期派驻拉美地区，适应海外工作和跨文化沟通环境；能够独立面对海外客户、合作伙伴及当地项目团队，具备较强的环境适应能力和独立解决问题能力。

Positioning: This role supports cloud computing business in Latin America and is responsible for architecture design, technical communication, and project implementation for enterprise customer cloud solutions, covering cloud adoption, cloud migration, hybrid cloud, and cloud native scenarios. The candidate should have hands-on cloud project experience, be able to independently conduct requirement analysis, architecture design, solution documentation, technical communication, and implementation coordination, and be able to work with overseas customers in a cross-cultural environment. Strong candidates may serve as technical leads or solution architects for key projects in Latin America.

Responsibilities:
1. Design cloud computing solutions and produce technical proposals for customers in Latin America. Conduct requirement research, technical analysis, and architecture design based on customer business needs, covering cloud adoption, cloud migration, hybrid cloud, and cloud native scenarios, while considering high availability, performance, security, reliability, and cost.
2. Communicate directly with overseas customers for requirement discussions, technical exchanges, and solution presentations. Support sales and business teams in driving key customers and projects. Participate in technical solution comparisons, PoC validation, technical Q&A, and bidding, and independently explain technical architecture, implementation paths, and solution value to customers.
3. Work with delivery, development, and operations teams to implement cloud projects. Participate in architecture reviews, implementation planning, and resolution of key technical issues. Track project progress, identify and resolve technical risks, and serve as technical lead or architect for key projects.
4. Track cloud computing, digitalization, and industry technology trends in Latin America. Provide localized cloud solution support based on local customer needs, collect customer and market feedback, and document typical project cases, solutions, and technical materials.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in computer science, software engineering, communications, information security, or related fields are preferred.
2. More than 3 years of experience in cloud computing, solution architecture, pre-sales technical support, or related work.
3. Practical project experience in enterprise cloud adoption, cloud migration, hybrid cloud, or cloud native projects.
4. Ability to independently participate in or lead cloud architecture design, solution output, and project implementation.
5. Strong technical proposal writing, presentation, and customer-facing technical communication skills.
6. English can be used as a working language for independent technical communication, solution presentations, and reading technical materials.
7. Strong communication, coordination, problem analysis, and project-driving abilities.

Preferred qualifications: hands-on experience in large enterprise cloud, migration, hybrid cloud, or cloud native projects; full-cycle experience from requirement analysis to architecture design, solution output, technical communication, and implementation; Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE, Huawei HCIP/HCIE, AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud/architecture certifications; experience in large cloud project architecture design, performance optimization, security governance, or disaster recovery design; cross-border project, overseas customer, or overseas work experience.

Overseas assignment requirements: accept long-term assignment in Latin America and adapt to overseas work and cross-cultural communication; able to independently work with overseas customers, partners, and local project teams, with strong adaptability and problem-solving ability.
