About this task

岗位职责：
1. 代表公司全面履行项目管理工作，对项目各项目标的实现全面负责；
2. 组织编制所负责项目的项目实施策划、施工组织设计及专项方案，编制进度计划、质量计划、安全计划等专项计划；
3. 指导并监督现场项目部各专业开展日常工作，组织召开各类项目专题会议并监督落实会议决议；
4. 负责项目实施的整体运营管控，制定相应操作规范和流程，监控项目运作情况，定期进行盈亏分析并制定优化方案；
5. 负责与外部单位建立并维护良好关系，负责工程款收取工作；
6. 组织编制并督促落实项目收尾计划、工作移交及质保金收款工作；
7. 配合公司的项目招投标、面试、谈判等工作。

任职要求：
1. 需要常驻海外，地点为南美或欧洲，当前驻外国家/地区为巴西；
2. 须持有一级建造师证和安全B证；
3. 有高级工程师证、大跨度钢结构项目经验者优先；
4. 工作语言为英语、葡萄牙语。

工作地点：巴西。驻外时长：2年。薪资：15-18K。

Responsibilities:
1. Fully perform project management duties on behalf of the company and take overall responsibility for achieving all project objectives;
2. Organize the preparation of project implementation planning, construction organization design, and special plans for assigned projects, including progress plans, quality plans, safety plans, and other specific plans;
3. Guide and supervise the daily work of all disciplines in the on-site project department, organize various project meetings, and supervise the implementation of meeting resolutions;
4. Be responsible for overall operation and control of project implementation, formulate corresponding operating standards and processes, monitor project operations, conduct regular profit and loss analysis, and develop optimization plans;
5. Establish and maintain good relationships with external parties and be responsible for collecting project payments;
6. Organize and supervise the implementation of project closing plans, work handover, and retention payment collection;
7. Support the company's project bidding, interviews, negotiations, and related work.

Requirements:
1. Long-term overseas assignment is required, with locations in South America or Europe; the current overseas country/region is Brazil;
2. Must hold a First-Class Constructor certificate and Safety B certificate;
3. Senior engineer certificate and experience in large-span steel structure projects are preferred;
4. Working languages are English and Portuguese.

Work location: Brazil. Overseas assignment duration: 2 years. Salary: 15-18K.
