About this task
工作职责:
1. 负责巴西区域AGV/AMR物流自动化项目全生命周期管理,统筹项目方案落地、现场部署、设备安装调试、系统联调、交付验收及回款全流程,严控项目进度、质量、成本及安全风险;
2. 熟悉巴西本地建厂、产线改造落地流程,独立对接厂区基建、电气、配套施工资源,协调本地分包商、第三方服务商,完成自动化项目现场条件确认、施工配合及问题闭环,保障项目顺利进场施工;
3. 精通巴西本地用工体系及CLT劳工法,负责项目本地团队、外包施工人员的统筹管理,熟悉本地社保、工时、休假、解雇、税务等合规要求,规避劳动纠纷与属地合规风险;
4. 熟悉物流自动化系统,负责AGV/AMR设备与厂区WMS/WCS系统的现场集成调试,排查解决现场技术、设备、对接问题,输出测试、验收、复盘等全套项目文档;
5. 筛选、评估、管理巴西本地分包商及工程服务商,管控施工质量、项目成本与交付周期,建立本地供应商资源库,沉淀海外项目落地经验;
6. 预判巴西属地化政策、用工、施工、合规类风险,提前制定应对方案,保障项目稳定落地,为拉美区域项目拓展提供支撑。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,自动化、机械、机电、物流工程、项目管理等相关专业;
2. 5年及以上物流自动化、AGV/AMR项目交付管理经验,完整主导过大型工厂自动化、仓储机器人落地项目,有汽车制造行业项目经验;
3. 熟悉巴西本地建厂流程、厂区施工标准,精通巴西CLT劳工法及本地用工、报税、人员管理规则,有巴西本地项目常驻及团队管理经验者优先;
4. 扎实的AGV/AMR技术基础,熟悉机器人调度系统、仓储自动化集成逻辑,能独立解决现场调试、对接、落地各类技术问题;
5. 英语流利,可无障碍商务沟通;会葡萄牙语优先,可高效对接本地团队与客户;
6. 具备优秀的跨文化沟通、多方协调及问题解决能力,能对接大型车企客户,统筹国内外团队及本地外包资源;
7. 能长期常驻巴西项目现场,接受项目驻场及区域出差,抗压能力强,有海外项目常驻经验优先;
8. 持有PMP项目管理证书、有海外自动化项目全流程交付经验者加分。
工作地点:巴西。驻外时长:3-6个月。工作语言:中文、英语、西班牙语;葡萄牙语优先。薪资:30-50K。
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for full life-cycle management of AGV/AMR logistics automation projects in Brazil, coordinating solution implementation, on-site deployment, equipment installation and commissioning, system integration testing, delivery acceptance, and payment collection, while strictly controlling project schedule, quality, cost, and safety risks;
2. Be familiar with local factory construction and production line renovation implementation processes in Brazil, independently interface with plant infrastructure, electrical, and supporting construction resources, coordinate local subcontractors and third-party service providers, complete on-site condition confirmation, construction coordination, and issue closure for automation projects, and ensure smooth project entry and construction;
3. Be proficient in Brazil's local employment system and CLT labor law, manage local project teams and outsourced construction personnel, and understand local compliance requirements including social security, working hours, leave, termination, and taxation to avoid labor disputes and local compliance risks;
4. Be familiar with logistics automation systems, handle on-site integration and commissioning of AGV/AMR equipment with plant WMS/WCS systems, troubleshoot on-site technical, equipment, and interface issues, and produce complete project documents including testing, acceptance, and review materials;
5. Select, evaluate, and manage local subcontractors and engineering service providers in Brazil, control construction quality, project cost, and delivery cycle, build a local supplier resource pool, and accumulate overseas project implementation experience;
6. Anticipate local policy, employment, construction, and compliance risks in Brazil, develop response plans in advance, ensure stable project implementation, and support project expansion in Latin America.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in automation, mechanical engineering, electromechanics, logistics engineering, project management, or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of delivery management experience in logistics automation or AGV/AMR projects, with full leadership of large factory automation or warehouse robotics implementation projects; automotive manufacturing project experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with local factory construction processes and plant construction standards in Brazil, proficient in Brazil's CLT labor law and local employment, tax filing, and personnel management rules; experience in resident project work and team management in Brazil is preferred;
4. Solid AGV/AMR technical foundation, familiarity with robot dispatching systems and warehouse automation integration logic, and ability to independently solve on-site commissioning, integration, and implementation issues;
5. Fluent English for barrier-free business communication; Portuguese is preferred for efficient coordination with local teams and customers;
6. Excellent cross-cultural communication, multi-party coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interface with major automotive customers and coordinate domestic and overseas teams and local outsourced resources;
7. Able to be stationed long-term at project sites in Brazil, accept project residency and regional travel, work well under pressure, and overseas resident project experience is preferred;
8. PMP certification and full-process overseas automation project delivery experience are pluses.
Work location: Brazil. Overseas assignment duration: 3-6 months. Working languages: Chinese, English, and Spanish; Portuguese is preferred. Salary: 30-50K.
