International Logistics Technology Director

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责国际物流系统订单域、仓储域、运配域、财务域、关务域的整体系统架构设计，确保部门整体系统架构的稳定性和可持续性。
2. 负责部门关键问题和技术难题攻克，负责核心系统健康度治理。
3. 与业务、产品、算法等团队高效协同，推动产品迭代和项目落地，持续推动产品创新与发展。

任职要求：
1. 计算机或相关领域本科及以上学历，基础扎实，热爱编程。
2. 7年以上Java开发经验，对B/S架构有深入理解和丰富应用实践。
3. 精通Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流技术框架，对MySQL等数据库有深入了解和优化经验；熟悉缓存技术、大数据存储技术、消息队列等技术中间件。
4. 具备海外背景或国际公司背景，技术专业能力或管理能力强，熟悉海外市场，英语可作为工作语言。

派驻信息：驻外国家/地区包括巴西、英国、土耳其、法国；工作语言为英语；驻外时长3至6个月。
薪资：80-110K·16薪。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overall system architecture design of the international logistics system across order, warehousing, transportation and delivery, finance, and customs domains, ensuring the stability and sustainability of the department's overall architecture.
2. Resolve key issues and technical challenges within the department and manage the health of core systems.
3. Collaborate efficiently with business, product, algorithm, and other teams to drive product iteration and project implementation, and continuously promote product innovation and development.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field, with a solid foundation and passion for programming.
2. More than 7 years of Java development experience, with deep understanding and extensive practical experience in B/S architecture.
3. Proficiency in mainstream frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis; deep understanding of and optimization experience with databases such as MySQL; familiarity with middleware technologies such as caching, big data storage, and message queues.
4. Overseas background or international company experience, strong technical expertise or management capability, familiarity with overseas markets, and ability to use English as a working language.

Assignment information: overseas locations include Brazil, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and France; working language is English; assignment duration is 3 to 6 months.
Salary: 80-110K, 16-month pay.
