Electromechanical Engineering Project Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 全面负责海外轨道站台安全门（屏蔽门）项目团队建设及管理，确保项目执行全过程的沟通协调、组织和各节点总结，并输出相应文件、报告及知识管理内容。
2. 牵头负责站台安全门（屏蔽门）项目进度管控，根据境外客户需求策划并执行各类外部验收，包括外部FAI、单体验收、竣工验收、结算审计、最终验收等，确保项目按时交付。
3. 作为项目质量第一责任人，在授权范围内督导项目质量工程师的质量管控工作，跟踪重大质量异常处理进展。
4. 根据合同和进度制定年度、月度开票和回款计划；负责项目执行相关客户关系维护，参与增项和变更谈判、设计联络、验收、竣工结算等关键节点专项工作。

任职要求：
1. 年龄25-40岁，身体健康，无不良嗜好。
2. 机电类、工业工程或工程管理等相关专业，统招本科及以上学历；有站台安全门（屏蔽门）工程项目管理经验者优先。
3. 三年及以上机电行业设计工艺或工程管理等相关工作经验，对机电安装项目管理相关知识有一定认知；熟练使用Office软件，能熟练驾驶小型汽车（C照及以上）。
4. 工作思路清晰、严谨细致，责任心和敬业精神强，善于学习思考，勇于接受挑战，具备较强的策划执行、沟通协调和团队协作能力，必须适应长期外派现场工作。
5. 英语能作为工作语言，具备西班牙语、葡萄牙语能力者优先。

派驻信息：驻外国家/地区为巴西、智利；工作语言为英语、西班牙语、葡萄牙语；驻外时长3至6个月。
薪资：10-15K·14薪。

Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the setup and management of overseas railway platform safety door/platform screen door project teams, ensuring communication, coordination, organization, milestone reviews, and the output of related documents, reports, and knowledge management throughout project execution.
2. Lead schedule control for assigned platform safety door/platform screen door projects. Plan and execute external acceptance activities according to overseas customer requirements, including external FAI, individual acceptance, completion acceptance, settlement audit, and final acceptance, ensuring on-time delivery.
3. Serve as the first person responsible for project quality. Within the authorized scope, supervise the quality control work of project quality engineers and track the handling progress of major quality exceptions.
4. Develop annual and monthly invoicing and payment collection plans based on contracts and schedules. Maintain customer relationships related to project execution and participate in key tasks such as additional scope and change negotiations, design liaison, acceptance, and completion settlement.

Requirements:
1. Aged 25-40, in good health, with no bad habits.
2. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program in electromechanical engineering, industrial engineering, engineering management, or related fields; experience in platform safety door/platform screen door engineering project management is preferred.
3. At least 3 years of experience in electromechanical industry design/process or engineering management, with basic understanding of electromechanical installation project management; proficient in Office software and able to drive small vehicles proficiently with a Class C or above driver's license.
4. Clear, rigorous, and detail-oriented working style, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, willingness to learn and think, courage to take on challenges, and strong planning, execution, communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities. Must be able to adapt to long-term onsite overseas assignment.
5. English can be used as a working language; Spanish or Portuguese ability is preferred.

Assignment information: overseas locations are Brazil and Chile; working languages are English, Spanish, and Portuguese; assignment duration is 3 to 6 months.
Salary: 10-15K, 14-month pay.
