About this task

岗位职责：
1、组织制定项目总体规划和施工设计，全面负责项目部生产、质量、安全、文明施工等管理工作。
2、负责编制并落实项目施工方案、进度计划和工作安排。
3、贯彻实施公司质量方针和质量目标，组织项目策划，制定项目目标和项目经理部管理职责，确保质量目标实现。
4、合理组织、调度生产要素，实施日常组织、计划、指挥、协调和控制，确保工程质量与安全，做到文明施工、保护环境并实现项目效益目标。
5、协调业主代表、监理、各施工单位及行业主管部门关系，保障项目正常推进。
6、负责施工现场管理，合理使用材料、机械设备和劳动力，控制项目实施成本。
7、根据工程进度制定材料采购计划、成品及半成品计划，提前订购，保障施工连续性。
8、负责项目成本和费用核算与控制，编制工程实施成本；负责变更、签证及工程进度款上报；组织各阶段竣工验收与结算工作。
9、协调解决施工中的各类技术问题。
10、按照图纸和合同要求组织施工，确保项目按期竣工交付。
工作地点：贝宁。

Responsibilities:
1. Organize the overall project planning and construction design, and take full responsibility for production, quality, safety, civilized construction and related management work of the project department.
2. Prepare and implement construction plans, progress schedules and work arrangements for the project.
3. Implement the company's quality policy and quality objectives, organize project planning, define project goals and management responsibilities of the project management department, and ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
4. Properly organize and allocate production resources, carry out daily organization, planning, command, coordination and control, ensure project quality and safety, maintain civilized construction, protect the environment, and achieve project benefit targets.
5. Coordinate relationships with the owner's representatives, supervisors, construction units and industry authorities to ensure normal project progress.
6. Manage the construction site, use materials, machinery and labor reasonably, and control project implementation costs.
7. Develop material procurement plans and finished or semi-finished product plans according to project progress, place orders in advance, and ensure construction continuity.
8. Be responsible for project cost and expense accounting and control, prepare implementation cost estimates, report variations, confirmations and progress payments, and organize completion acceptance and settlement at each stage.
9. Coordinate and resolve various technical issues arising during construction.
10. Organize construction according to drawings and contract requirements, and ensure timely completion and delivery of the project.
