About this task

岗位职责：
1、带领非洲籍员工负责木材采伐、运材路基修整等工作。
2、负责当地雇员的工作安排和人员管理。
3、负责油料、设备物资的使用、维护等管理工作。
4、做好现场工作汇报及沟通。
5、完成领导交办的其他事项。
任职要求：
1、至少掌握工程机械或陕汽重卡驾驶其中一项技能，持有 C1 驾照，具备手动挡车辆驾驶经验，需自行驾驶通勤。
2、熟悉工程机械设备工作原理、构造和性能，了解维修和保养者优先。
3、能熟练使用腾讯 QQ、微信等通讯软件，具备主动学习心态。
4、年龄 30-45 周岁，有责任心，具备一定协调管理能力。
5、个人征信记录良好，无犯罪记录，无酗酒、赌博等不良嗜好，身体健康。
工作地点：赤道几内亚、刚果(金)、刚果(布)。
工作语言：中文。
驻外时长：2年。

Responsibilities:
1. Lead African employees in timber harvesting, maintenance of timber transport roadbeds and related work.
2. Be responsible for work arrangements and personnel management of local employees.
3. Manage the use and maintenance of fuel, equipment and materials.
4. Prepare on-site work reports and maintain communication.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1. Possess at least one skill in operating engineering machinery or driving Shaanxi Automobile heavy trucks; hold a C1 driver's license and have experience driving manual-transmission vehicles, as self-driving for commuting is required.
2. Be familiar with the working principles, structure and performance of engineering machinery and equipment; knowledge of repair and maintenance is preferred.
3. Be proficient in communication tools such as Tencent QQ and WeChat, and have a proactive learning attitude.
4. Aged 30-45, responsible, with certain coordination and management capabilities.
5. Good personal credit record, no criminal record, no alcoholism, gambling or other bad habits, and in good health.
Work locations: Equatorial Guinea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Republic of the Congo.
Working language: Chinese.
Overseas assignment duration: 2 years.
