Road Construction Team Leader

About this task

岗位职责：
1、带领当地雇员负责木材采伐、运材路基修整。
2、负责当地雇员的工作安排及人员管理。
3、负责油料、设备物资的使用管理和台账记录。
4、做好工作汇报及沟通。
5、完成领导交办的其他事项。

岗位要求：
1、有丰富的山推推土机（以SD220为主）或其他工程机械驾驶经验，有责任心。
2、有基本的车辆保养经验和维护意识。
3、有一定的管理经验。
4、身体健康（无三高），无不良嗜好，年龄30-50周岁。

工作地点：刚果（布）。
工作语言：中文。
驻外时长：2年。

Responsibilities:
1. Lead local employees in timber harvesting and the maintenance and repair of timber transport roadbeds.
2. Be responsible for work assignments and personnel management of local employees.
3. Manage the use of fuel, equipment, and materials, and maintain ledger records.
4. Prepare work reports and maintain effective communication.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. Extensive experience operating Shantui bulldozers, mainly SD220, or other construction machinery, with a strong sense of responsibility.
2. Basic vehicle maintenance experience and maintenance awareness.
3. Some management experience.
4. Good physical health, no hypertension/hyperlipidemia/hyperglycemia, no bad habits, aged 30–50.

Work location: Republic of the Congo.
Working language: Chinese.
Overseas assignment duration: 2 years.
