岗位职责
1. 统筹项目实施计划,制定详细的项目时间表、资源配置及成本预算,监控项目进度与成本偏差,及时纠偏。
2. 协调研发、采购、生产、施工等部门,确保项目各环节按计划推进,解决实施过程中的技术及协调问题。
3. 负责项目现场的技术指导、设备调试及验收工作,确保项目质量符合德国及欧盟相关标准(如 VDE、IEC 等)。
4. 管理项目风险,识别潜在技术、合规及交付风险,制定应对预案并跟踪落实。
5. 整理项目文档、技术报告及验收资料,完成项目复盘,为后续项目优化提供经验。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,电气工程、自动化、新能源、机电一体化等相关专业优先。
2. 1年以上储能行业或电力工程相关项目经验,熟悉锂离子电池、液流电池等储能技术及系统集成。
3. 熟悉德国及欧盟储能相关法规、标准(如 VDE、IEC、电网接入规范)及项目审批流程。
4. 中文和英语流利,可作为工作语言;德语优秀者优先;具备良好的跨文化沟通及团队协作能力。
5. 持有有效驾照,具备独立行动能力,能够在海外环境中自主开展工作。
6. 持有 PMP、一级/二级建造师(机电专业)优先。
7. 适应项目驻场及不定期出差,常驻项目现场管理。

Responsibilities
1. Coordinate project implementation plans, develop detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans and cost budgets, monitor deviations in project progress and costs, and make timely corrections.
2. Coordinate R&D, procurement, production, construction and other departments to ensure all project stages proceed according to plan and resolve technical and coordination issues during implementation.
3. Provide on-site technical guidance, equipment commissioning and acceptance support to ensure project quality complies with relevant German and EU standards, such as VDE and IEC.
4. Manage project risks, identify potential technical, compliance and delivery risks, develop response plans and follow up on implementation.
5. Prepare project documents, technical reports and acceptance materials, and conduct project reviews to provide experience for future project optimization.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in electrical engineering, automation, new energy, mechatronics or related fields are preferred.
2. At least 1 year of experience in the energy storage industry or power engineering projects; familiarity with lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries and other energy storage technologies and system integration.
3. Familiarity with German and EU regulations, standards and project approval processes related to energy storage, such as VDE, IEC and grid connection specifications.
4. Fluency in Chinese and English as working languages; excellent German is preferred; strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.
5. Valid driver's license, independent mobility, and ability to work autonomously in an overseas environment.
6. PMP or Class I/Class II Constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering is preferred.
7. Ability to adapt to on-site project assignments and occasional business trips, with long-term on-site project management.
