岗位职责：
1. 作为客户与内部团队之间的主要技术接口。
2. 推动技术路线图与客户技术路线图保持一致。
3. 获取符合业务目标的新机会和项目，包括KVD项目。
4. 组织RFI/RFQ项目，与团队开展可行性研究并提出技术方案、成本、时间、质量、工业化等建议。
5. 确定项目及可交付成果目标，将已批准项目移交项目团队，推进产品开发流程。
6. 负责客户在开发阶段及量产阶段的变更要求。
7. 在整个周期内管理OEM相关产品。
8. 负责项目盈亏。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械、电子、物理、工业工程等专业优先。
2. 7年以上工作经验，有车载产品或跨职能项目管理经验者优先。
3. 熟悉LCM产品，掌握LCM开发及生产工艺流程。
4. 掌握IATF16949质量体系标准，熟悉APQP、MLA等项目管理工具。
5. 具备分析和解决问题的经验。
6. 有PMP认证者优先。
7. 具备基本有害物质掌握和识别能力，如QC080000等知识。
8. 英语可作为工作语言。

地点与安排：驻德国，工作语言为英语，驻外时长约3年。

Keywords: fluent spoken English and ability to conduct meetings with overseas customers fully in English; hands-on experience in the quotation stage, with cost awareness and business negotiation skills; familiarity with product technology for automotive central control/instrument components is preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the main technical interface between the customer and the internal team.
2. Align the technical roadmap with the customer's technical roadmap.
3. Acquire new opportunities and projects that meet business objectives, including KVD projects.
4. Organize RFI/RFQ projects and work with the team on feasibility studies and proposals covering technical solutions, cost, timing, quality, industrialization, and related topics.
5. Define project and deliverable objectives, and hand over approved projects to the project team to continue the product development process.
6. Manage customer change requests during the development and mass production stages.
7. Manage OEM-related products throughout the full lifecycle.
8. Be responsible for project profit and loss.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in mechanical engineering, electronics, physics, industrial engineering, or related fields are preferred.
2. More than 7 years of work experience; experience with automotive products or cross-functional project management is preferred.
3. Familiarity with LCM products and knowledge of LCM development and production processes.
4. Knowledge of the IATF16949 quality system standard and familiarity with project management tools such as APQP and MLA.
5. Experience in analysis and problem solving.
6. PMP certification is preferred.
7. Basic ability to understand and identify hazardous substances, such as knowledge of QC080000.
8. English can be used as a working language.

Location and arrangement: based in Germany, working language is English, with an overseas assignment of about 3 years.
