Project Engineer (Travel Required)

About this task

入职地点为广东肇庆；项目涉及德国、美国、匈牙利、印度、英国、法国等地，需要不定期驻外2至3个月，驻外补贴优厚。

岗位职责：
1. 负责与现场客户沟通项目安装、调试、进度、质量、安全等事项。
2. 主持项目组相关会议，代表项目团队出席或参加业主会议。
3. 与项目现场施工队伍沟通项目工作安排、进度要求和5S整理事项。
4. 对项目执行期间的安全管控和质量管控严格把关，并对安全质量负责。
5. 与现场调试团队配合推进项目调试，确保项目按计划完成。
6. 及时与国内相关项目部门沟通并反馈项目问题，推动项目执行。
7. 协助国内项目人员处理到现场的签证、住宿、出行等事项。

任职资格：
1. 中英文听说读写能力良好。
2. 有制造业任一岗位1年及以上工作经验；有制造业项目管理经验3年及以上者更匹配。
3. 熟悉相关工程标准和规范，能够对项目现场进行进度、质量、安全管控。
4. 能熟练使用Office、Project软件及画图软件。
5. 具备较强表达能力和客户沟通能力。
6. 统招大专及以上学历。

工作语言：英语。驻外时长：1至3个月。

Onboarding location is Zhaoqing, Guangdong. Projects involve Germany, the United States, Hungary, India, the United Kingdom, France, and other locations. The role requires irregular overseas assignments of 2 to 3 months, with generous overseas allowances.

Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with onsite customers regarding project installation, commissioning, progress, quality, safety, and related matters.
2. Chair project team meetings and attend owner meetings on behalf of the project team.
3. Communicate project work arrangements, schedule requirements, and 5S organization matters with onsite construction teams.
4. Strictly manage safety and quality control during project execution and be responsible for safety and quality.
5. Work with the onsite commissioning team to advance commissioning and ensure projects are completed according to plan.
6. Communicate promptly with relevant domestic project departments, provide feedback on project issues, and drive project execution.
7. Assist domestic project personnel with visas, accommodation, transportation, and related arrangements for onsite work.

Qualifications:
1. Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
2. At least 1 year of experience in any manufacturing role; 3 or more years of manufacturing project management experience is a strong fit.
3. Familiarity with relevant engineering standards and specifications, with the ability to manage onsite progress, quality, and safety.
4. Proficiency in Office, Project software, and drawing software.
5. Strong presentation and customer communication skills.
6. Full-time college degree or above.

Working language: English. Overseas assignment duration: 1 to 3 months.
