About this task

驻外岗位，目前德国、西班牙、美国在招；有美国签证者优先。能够适应出差加当地base。

工作职责：
1. 负责制定项目实施方案，确定、组织和管理项目团队。
2. 负责项目整体质量、进度和成本控制。
3. 将项目预算分解到各部门，并及时监控执行情况。
4. 负责项目完成后的整体项目总结。

任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械制造、自动化、汽车制造等工科专业，对机器视觉产品技术和智能制造感兴趣。
2. 有汽车行业工作经验，以及线体集成商项目管理经验。
3. 逻辑思维清晰，保持好奇心和探索力，具备良好的沟通协作能力、执行力和问题解决能力。
4. 能够适应出差和海外当地base安排。
5. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能用英语作为工作语言。

工作语言：英语、中文。驻外时长：6至12个月。

This is an overseas assignment role currently hiring for Germany, Spain, and the United States. Candidates with a U.S. visa are preferred. The role requires adaptability to both business travel and local base arrangements.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop project implementation plans, and define, organize, and manage the project team.
2. Be responsible for overall project quality, schedule, and cost control.
3. Break down the project budget across departments and monitor execution in a timely manner.
4. Prepare the overall project summary after project completion.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering field such as mechanical manufacturing, automation, or automotive manufacturing, with interest in machine vision product technology and intelligent manufacturing.
2. Experience in the automotive industry and project management experience with a production line integrator.
3. Clear logical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to explore, with good communication and collaboration skills, execution capability, and problem-solving ability.
4. Ability to adapt to business travel and overseas local base arrangements.
5. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to use English as a working language.

Working languages: English and Chinese. Overseas assignment duration: 6 to 12 months.
