About this task
岗位职责：
1. 负责线缆产品的海外销售支持，参与并跟踪海外线缆项目全流程。
2. 收集、分析和管理线缆市场信息，为制定市场策略提供依据。
3. 开拓和维护线缆产品相关技术线客户关系。
4. 负责线缆产品售后服务，提升客户满意度。
5. 收集、分析和管理线缆产品市场需求，为产出线制定相关策略和技术路标提供依据。
6. 参与研发项目及定制开发项目的市场推广，负责线缆新产品及定制开发产品的市场成功和财务成功。
7. 完成部门安排的其他工作事项。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，通信、计算机、材料、机械、机电、语言类等相关专业。
2. 有光纤、线缆类产品相关从业经历者优先。
3. 了解光纤、线缆类产品技术者优先。
4. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，沟通表达能力强。
5. 英语 CET-4 及以上，小语种语言专业除外。
6. 对未知事物有好奇心，敢于担当，有冲劲，做事认真细心，有责任心，逻辑思维能力强，善于表达和沟通，心理承受能力较强。
其他信息：
驻外国家/地区：德国、匈牙利、俄罗斯、巴西、厄瓜多尔。
工作语言：俄语、英语。
驻外时长：3~6个月。
加分行业经验：半导体/芯片、通信/网络设备、计算机/通信/其他电子设备。
Responsibilities:
1. Provide overseas sales support for cable products, participating in and following up on the full process of overseas cable projects.
2. Collect, analyze, and manage cable market information to support the development of market strategies.
3. Develop and maintain customer relationships with technical stakeholders related to cable products.
4. Provide after-sales service for cable products and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Collect, analyze, and manage market demand for cable products to support output-line strategies and technology roadmaps.
6. Participate in the market promotion of R&D projects and customized development projects, and be responsible for the market and financial success of new cable products and customized products.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in communications, computer science, materials, machinery, electromechanics, languages, or related fields.
2. Experience with optical fiber or cable products is preferred.
3. Knowledge of optical fiber or cable product technologies is preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and presentation skills.
5. CET-4 English or above, except for candidates majoring in minority languages.
6. Curious about unknown things, willing to take responsibility, motivated, careful and responsible, with strong logical thinking, expression, communication, and stress tolerance.

Overseas countries/regions: Germany, Hungary, Russia, Brazil, and Ecuador.
Working languages: Russian and English.
Overseas assignment duration: 3–6 months.
Preferred industry experience: semiconductors/chips, communications/network equipment, computers/communications/other electronic equipment.
