岗位名称：现场翻译（驻俄罗斯工厂）

岗位职责：
1. 负责生产车间现场中俄口译，完成设备调试、生产装配、设备维修、工艺交底、质量要求等现场沟通翻译，准确传递中方技术管理人员指令，反馈俄方班组、操作工现场问题与故障信息。
2. 承担生产早会、质量例会、现场复盘会议交替口译，整理并记录会议关键信息。
3. 完成工厂基础笔译工作，包括工艺卡片、质检单据、安全操作规程、车间通知、设备手册节选、日常业务邮件、备件清单等中俄互译，保证术语准确。
4. 协助劳资沟通，翻译本地员工排班、请假、薪资疑问、劳动纪律相关沟通，并配合安全生产培训现场翻译。
5. 对接本地供应商、物流、维保人员，完成现场及电话简单业务沟通。
6. 提供行政辅助，包括双语文件归档整理，协助中方人员办理当地通行、进场等手续，核对到货备件和俄方单据翻译，处理基础生活沟通协助。
7. 严格保守工厂工艺、产能、生产相关商业信息；遇到不熟悉的专业术语及时说明，严禁主观臆断翻译，规避生产安全风险。
8. 重大劳动纠纷、法律条款、高层商务谈判仅做如实转述，不擅自给出决策或法律建议。

任职要求：
1. 俄语专业，可流利完成听说口译，能听懂俄罗斯本土各地口音，具备基础阅读书写能力。
2. 有工厂、工业现场翻译经验优先；熟悉机械、生产制造类基础词汇，能快速学习车间专业术语；无工厂经验但愿意驻厂现场工作也可考虑。
3. 抗压能力强，可适应车间嘈杂现场环境，需要经常下车间，不只是办公室坐班。
4. 做事细致，责任心强，沟通客观中立，只做信息传递，不擅自替双方表态。
5. 服从工厂排班管理，可接受驻俄罗斯长期外派。
6. 不需要精通法律深度合同翻译或高端商务谈判能力。

工作地点：俄罗斯彼尔姆驻外工厂。

Job Title: On-site Interpreter at a Factory in Russia

Responsibilities:
1. Provide on-site Chinese-Russian interpretation in the production workshop, covering equipment commissioning, production assembly, equipment maintenance, process briefings, quality requirements, and other on-site communications. Accurately convey instructions from Chinese technical management personnel and report on-site issues and fault information from Russian teams and operators.
2. Provide consecutive interpretation for production morning meetings, quality meetings, and on-site review meetings, and organize and record key meeting information.
3. Complete basic factory translation work, including process cards, quality inspection documents, safety operating procedures, workshop notices, excerpts from equipment manuals, daily business emails, spare parts lists, and other Chinese-Russian translations, ensuring accurate terminology.
4. Assist with labor communication by translating local employee scheduling, leave requests, salary inquiries, and labor discipline-related communications, and support on-site interpretation for safety production training.
5. Liaise with local suppliers, logistics providers, and maintenance personnel, and handle simple on-site and telephone business communications.
6. Provide administrative support, including bilingual document filing, assisting Chinese personnel with local access and entry procedures, checking arriving spare parts and Russian documents, and supporting basic daily-life communication.
7. Strictly protect confidential business information related to factory processes, capacity, and production. Promptly clarify unfamiliar professional terms, avoid subjective interpretation, and reduce production safety risks.
8. For major labor disputes, legal clauses, and high-level business negotiations, only provide faithful interpretation and do not make decisions or give legal advice.

Requirements:
1. Major in Russian, able to interpret fluently in listening and speaking, understand regional Russian accents, and possess basic reading and writing skills.
2. Experience in factory or industrial on-site interpretation is preferred; familiarity with basic mechanical and manufacturing vocabulary and the ability to quickly learn workshop terminology are preferred. Candidates without factory experience may also be considered if willing to work on-site at the factory.
3. Strong stress tolerance and ability to adapt to noisy workshop environments; frequent workshop presence is required, not just office work.
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, objective, and neutral in communication; only transmit information and do not speak on behalf of either party.
5. Follow factory shift management and accept long-term assignment in Russia.
6. Advanced legal contract translation or high-level business negotiation expertise is not required.

Work location: overseas factory in Perm, Russia.
