About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责海外电铲整机设备的组装和维护工作，确保设备正常运行。
2. 负责项目现场管理，协调各方资源，保障项目顺利推进。
3. 负责备件销售相关工作。
4. 收集、整理和分析设备及市场信息。
5. 开发海外市场，维护客户关系。
6. 负责项目现场口译及文件资料笔译工作，确保沟通顺畅。
7. 完成领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求：
1. 俄语专业本科及以上学历，持有俄语专业四级证书，具备良好的口译和笔译能力，能够满足日常交流和文件翻译需求。
2. 5年以上相关工作经验；有工程机械背景，或俄语优秀且有境外基建项目驻外经验者优先。
3. 能长期在俄罗斯驻外工作，公司购买相关保险。
4. 具备吃苦耐劳精神，服从公司安排；有较强的学习能力和沟通能力。
5. 熟练使用 Office 办公软件。

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the assembly and maintenance of overseas electric shovel equipment to ensure normal operation.
2. Manage the project site, coordinate resources from all parties, and ensure smooth project progress.
3. Handle spare parts sales-related work.
4. Collect, organize, and analyze equipment and market information.
5. Develop overseas markets and maintain customer relationships.
6. Provide on-site interpretation and document translation for the project to ensure smooth communication.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Russian, with a TEM-4 certificate for Russian majors; strong interpretation and translation skills sufficient for daily communication and document translation.
2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience; candidates with a construction machinery background, or excellent Russian skills and overseas infrastructure project assignment experience, are preferred.
3. Able to work in Russia on a long-term assignment; the company will purchase relevant insurance.
4. Hardworking, willing to follow company arrangements, with strong learning and communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
