About this task

工作职责：
1. 负责设备租赁日常运营管理，包括租赁设备的及时有效交付、正常施工，协调解决突发状况，保证客户满意度。
2. 负责设备管理，管理维修工和维修供应商，对挖掘机、起重机等工程机械设备进行定期维修保养和故障检修。
3. 负责人员管理，管理工程机械驾驶员的日常工作，对人员安全、出勤、工作绩效等进行管理。
4. 负责账务管理，与客户定期确认设备租赁工作量，并填报相应业务单据。
5. 工作国家：俄罗斯。

任职要求：
1. 年龄40岁以下。
2. 大专及以上学历，拥有英语四级以上证书或俄语水平证书。
3. 有建筑行业从业经历者优先。
4. 认真负责，工作中能够事事有着落、件件有回音。
5. 善于人际沟通，勇于解决问题。
6. 有C照或以上驾驶执照。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily operation and management of equipment leasing, including timely and effective delivery of leased equipment, normal construction operations, coordinating and resolving emergencies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Be responsible for equipment management, managing maintenance workers and maintenance suppliers, and carrying out regular maintenance and troubleshooting of construction machinery such as excavators and cranes.
3. Be responsible for personnel management, managing the daily work of construction machinery operators, including safety, attendance, and work performance.
4. Be responsible for account management, regularly confirming equipment leasing workload with clients and completing relevant business documents.
5. Work country: Russia.

Requirements:
1. Under 40 years old.
2. College degree or above, with CET-4 or above in English or a Russian proficiency certificate.
3. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
4. Responsible and reliable, with strong follow-through on tasks.
5. Good interpersonal communication skills and willingness to solve problems.
6. Possess a Class C or higher driver's license.
