After-Sales Engineer

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责为驻外业务部门提供可靠的技术支撑。
2. 负责商用自助设备（咖啡机、售货机、蛋白粉售卖机等）的安装、维修及日常运维培训，重点是对代理商客户进行技术培训，使代理商具备独立自主的维修能力。
3. 收集市场端设备表现以及客户意见和建议，统计汇总售后数据并进行归纳分析；对共性问题及时向上级汇报，并能结合欧洲客户的行业特点和使用习惯提出针对性优化建议，为产品迭代提供具体方向。
4. 配合上级完成售后文案和资料的归纳，丰富售后培训体系。
5. 辅助销售经理维护客户关系。
6. 完成领导安排的其他事务。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电气、机电、机械自动化等相关专业。
2. 英语六级及以上，口语能满足日常面对面沟通。
3. 年龄25-40岁。
4. 3年以上机电设备安装维保工作经验，有智能商用家电安装、运维、售后经验优先。
5. Base地：法国巴黎或法国周边国家城市。
6. 品行端正、诚实，工作细致、踏实、稳重，责任心强，能承受较强工作压力。
7. 有较强的客户服务意识、良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神和一定自学能力。
8. 有良好的应变能力及处事能力；身体健康，能适应驻外出差要求。
9. 掌握电路、水路基本知识，了解电器元器件和设备运行原理。
10. 有电工证优先。
11. 具备独立分析能力、较强逻辑推理能力和较强沟通技巧，能在与客户沟通解决问题过程中占据主导地位，同时平复客户情绪并消除矛盾。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide reliable technical support to overseas business departments.
2. Be responsible for the installation, repair, and daily operation and maintenance training of commercial self-service equipment, such as coffee machines, vending machines, and protein powder vending machines. The key focus is to provide technical training to agent customers so that agents can develop independent maintenance capabilities.
3. Collect equipment performance information from the market, as well as customer feedback and suggestions. Compile and analyze after-sales data, report common issues to superiors in a timely manner, and provide targeted optimization suggestions based on the industry characteristics and usage habits of European customers to support product iteration.
4. Assist superiors in organizing after-sales documents and materials and improving the after-sales training system.
5. Assist the sales manager in maintaining customer relationships.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, electromechanics, mechanical automation, or related fields.
2. CET-6 or above in English, with spoken English sufficient for daily face-to-face communication.
3. Age 25-40.
4. More than 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical equipment; experience in installation, operation and maintenance, and after-sales service for smart commercial appliances is preferred.
5. Base location: Paris, France, or cities in countries around France.
6. Upright and honest character; careful, practical, steady, responsible, and able to handle strong work pressure.
7. Strong customer service awareness, good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and self-learning ability.
8. Good adaptability and problem-handling ability; healthy and able to meet overseas assignment and travel requirements.
9. Understand basic knowledge of circuits and water systems, and be familiar with electrical components and equipment operating principles.
10. An electrician certificate is preferred.
11. Strong independent analysis ability, logical reasoning ability, and communication skills; able to take the lead when communicating with customers to solve problems while calming customer emotions and resolving conflicts.
