Photovoltaic Construction Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 熟悉光伏施工图纸、技术规范及标准，参与编制施工图预算、施工组织设计、专项方案、安全防护措施及施工进度计划。
2. 根据月计划编制周、日施工计划并落实，核查现场人材机及作业情况，调度现场施工事宜。
3. 组织生产要素进场，下达施工任务书，对入场工人进行技术及安全交底，检查劳务班组执行情况。
4. 监督测量放线、分项及隐蔽工程施工，整理相关施工资料。
5. 指导、监督安全隐患排查整改，完成项目经理交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，市政或土建相关专业，懂电气相关知识。
2. 5年以上光伏现场施工管理经验，有光伏全流程施工管理经验、海外项目经验者优先。
3. 能适应海外艰苦现场环境，服从安排，具备较强沟通协调能力，可协调多方资源并处理现场突发问题。
4. 熟练使用办公软件、CAD绘图软件及Project项目管理软件。

Responsibilities:
1. Be familiar with photovoltaic construction drawings, technical specifications, and standards; participate in preparing construction drawing budgets, construction organization plans, special plans, safety protection measures, and construction schedules.
2. Prepare and implement weekly and daily construction plans based on monthly plans; check onsite labor, materials, machinery, and operations; coordinate onsite construction matters.
3. Organize production resources to enter the site, issue construction task orders, provide technical and safety briefings to workers entering the site, and inspect the execution of labor teams.
4. Supervise surveying and setting-out, sub-item works, and concealed works, and organize related construction documents.
5. Guide and supervise the inspection and rectification of safety hazards, and complete other tasks assigned by the project manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in municipal engineering, civil engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of electrical engineering.
2. More than 5 years of onsite photovoltaic construction management experience; experience in full-process photovoltaic construction management and overseas projects is preferred.
3. Able to adapt to challenging overseas site environments, follow assignments, and possess strong communication and coordination skills to coordinate multiple resources and handle onsite emergencies.
4. Proficient in office software, CAD drawing software, and Microsoft Project or other project management software.
