EPC Project Manager

About this task

职责描述：
1、负责海外EPC工程总包项目的项目交付管理和团队管理。
2、确保项目安全、高质、高效地完工、验收和投运。
3、在实现客户价值的基础上，实现项目预算利润。
4、帮助项目组成员发展成长，促进组织整体能力提升。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电气、工程技术类专业。
2、5年以上技术、市场和项目管理等相关工作经历，3年以上海外电站项目管理经验。
3、开朗、乐观、乐于沟通，能够长期驻海外工作，具备跨文化沟通和生活能力，能够在压力下工作。
4、有电气机械/器材行业经验优先。

工作地点：菲律宾、埃塞俄比亚、坦桑尼亚、沙特阿拉伯、乌兹别克斯坦等海外国家/地区。
工作语言：英语。
驻外时长：6~12个月。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project delivery management and team management for overseas EPC general contracting projects.
2. Ensure projects are completed, accepted, and put into operation safely, with high quality and efficiency.
3. Achieve the project budget profit while delivering customer value.
4. Support the development and growth of project team members and promote the improvement of overall organizational capabilities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, engineering technology, or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of relevant experience in technology, market, and project management, including more than 3 years of overseas power station project management experience.
3. Open-minded, optimistic, and good at communication; able to be stationed overseas long term, communicate and live across cultures, and work under pressure.
4. Experience in the electrical machinery/equipment industry is preferred.

Work locations: Overseas countries/regions including the Philippines, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia, and Uzbekistan.
Working language: English.
Overseas assignment duration: 6–12 months.
