Geological Exploration Project Manager

About this task

岗位职责：
1. 负责地质勘探项目的整体规划、方案制定与组织实施。
2. 作为项目负责人，主导与甲方的对接、沟通与汇报工作。
3. 统筹协调项目所需人员、设备及物资等资源。
4. 领导并监督项目团队现场工作，确保进度、质量、安全与成本受控。
5. 组织编制项目相关技术报告和成果文档，并负责项目验收。

任职要求：
1. 地质工程、资源勘查等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 具备5年以上地质勘探领域项目管理或相关经验。
3. 具备出色的甲方沟通协调能力和客户关系维护能力。
4. 具备优秀的团队领导力、资源协调能力与项目推动力。
5. 能适应野外工作及出差。

工作地点：驻刚果（金）。
工作语言：中文、法语。
驻外时长：2年。
薪资：20-40K。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the overall planning, proposal development, organization, and implementation of geological exploration projects.
2. Serve as the project lead and take charge of communication, coordination, and reporting with the client.
3. Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and other resources required for the project.
4. Lead and supervise the onsite project team to ensure schedule, quality, safety, and cost are under control.
5. Organize the preparation of technical reports and deliverable documents, and be responsible for project acceptance.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in geological engineering, resource exploration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of project management or related experience in geological exploration.
3. Excellent client communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
4. Strong team leadership, resource coordination, and project execution capabilities.
5. Able to adapt to field work and business travel.

Work Location: Based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Working Languages: Chinese and French.
Overseas Assignment Duration: 2 years.
Salary: 20-40K.
