岗位职责:
全面负责公司新能源(光伏地面电站、工商储能)及数字化(ICT/智慧矿山)业务的交付统筹与管理。建立并完善交付管理体系,统筹项目交付全过程的进度、质量、成本及风险控制,协调内外部资源,确保项目安全、高效、按期交付,持续提升客户满意度与交付品牌影响力。
1. 体系搭建与流程优化:建立并完善项目交付管理体系,制定交付管理制度、操作流程及验收标准;推动交付流程标准化与工具化,提升跨项目交付效率与质量一致性;定期复盘交付案例,组织经验沉淀与知识库建设,持续优化交付方法论。
2. 团队管理与能力建设:领导并管理交付团队(含新能源方向与ICT方向),进行人员招聘、培训、考核与激励;建立交付人才梯队,培养具备国际视野与复杂项目管理能力的核心骨干;组织跨项目经验分享与技术交流,提升团队整体专业能力与协同效率。
3. 全流程交付统筹:统筹在建项目交付进度,监控设备发运、清关、土建配合、安装调试、验收并网/上线等关键节点;协调解决设备延迟、清关受阻、施工冲突、技术难题等重大交付瓶颈;参与项目启动会及关键节点评审,从交付视角提出可行性建议。
4. 资源统筹与协调:统筹协调采购、技术、商务、物流等内部资源,以及业主方、设计院、施工单位、设备供应商、物流方、监理方等外部干系人;建立并维护关键供应商合作关系,确保交付资源保障;代表交付团队参与高层客户沟通,汇报交付进展并处理重大客户投诉。
5. 回款支持与市场拓展:协同商务团队,确保交付节点按期达成,为项目回款提供支撑;参与新项目投标前的交付风险评估,提供交付方案建议及成本测算支持;总结标杆项目交付案例,支持市场宣传与客户信任建立。
6. 风险管理:识别并预警项目交付过程中的重大政治、物流、技术、安全风险,组织制定应对预案;监控交付成本,推动成本优化;主导重大交付异常或事故的调查处理,形成复盘报告并推动整改。
任职要求:
1. 全日制本科及以上学历,电气工程、电力系统、自动化、通信工程、工程管理等相关专业。
2. 熟悉光伏电站、储能系统的基本原理及关键设备,包括组件、逆变器、PCS、BMS、EMS等。
3. 具备5-10年以上工程项目管理或交付管理经验,其中5年以上团队管理经验;熟悉工程项目管理流程及国际项目管理工具。
4. 具备新能源(光伏/储能)与ICT通信智能化相关项目交付管理经验者优先;熟悉工业网络、5G通信、视频监控等ICT系统架构及主流厂商产品特性者优先。
5. 有海外项目交付经验,熟悉国际物流、清关及跨文化团队管理者优先;熟悉国际贸易条款、物流清关流程及目的国进口政策者优先。

Job Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the overall delivery coordination and management of new energy businesses, including ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants and commercial/industrial energy storage, as well as digital businesses such as ICT and smart mining. Establish and improve the delivery management system, manage schedule, quality, cost, and risk control throughout the project delivery lifecycle, coordinate internal and external resources, ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and delivery brand influence.
1. System building and process optimization: Establish and improve the project delivery management system, formulate delivery management policies, operating procedures, and acceptance standards; promote standardized and tool-based delivery processes to improve efficiency and quality consistency across projects; regularly review delivery cases, build knowledge assets, and continuously optimize delivery methodology.
2. Team management and capability building: Lead and manage the delivery team, covering both new energy and ICT directions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and incentives; build a delivery talent pipeline and develop core team members with international vision and complex project management capabilities; organize cross-project experience sharing and technical exchanges to improve team expertise and collaboration efficiency.
3. End-to-end delivery coordination: Coordinate delivery progress for all ongoing projects, monitor key milestones such as equipment shipment, customs clearance, civil construction coordination, installation and commissioning, acceptance, grid connection, or system go-live; resolve major delivery bottlenecks such as equipment delays, customs clearance issues, construction conflicts, and technical problems; participate in project kick-off meetings and key milestone reviews, and provide feasibility suggestions from a delivery perspective.
4. Resource coordination: Coordinate internal resources including procurement, technical, commercial, and logistics teams, as well as external stakeholders such as owners, design institutes, contractors, equipment suppliers, logistics providers, and supervisors; establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure delivery resource availability; represent the delivery team in senior-level customer communications, report delivery progress, and handle major customer complaints.
5. Payment collection support and market expansion: Work with the commercial team to ensure delivery milestones are achieved on schedule and support project payment collection; participate in delivery risk assessments before bidding for new projects, and provide delivery plan suggestions and cost estimation support; summarize benchmark delivery cases to support marketing and customer trust building.
6. Risk management: Identify and give early warnings on major political, logistics, technical, and safety risks during delivery, and organize contingency planning; monitor delivery costs and promote cost optimization; lead investigations and handling of major delivery abnormalities or incidents, prepare review reports, and drive corrective actions.
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, power systems, automation, communication engineering, engineering management, or a related field.
2. Familiar with the basic principles and key equipment of photovoltaic power plants and energy storage systems, including modules, inverters, PCS, BMS, and EMS.
3. 5-10 years of engineering project management or delivery management experience, including more than 5 years of team management experience; familiar with engineering project management processes and international project management tools.
4. Experience in delivery management for new energy projects such as PV/energy storage and ICT communication/intelligent systems is preferred; familiarity with industrial networks, 5G communications, video surveillance system architecture, and mainstream vendor products is preferred.
5. Overseas project delivery experience, familiarity with international logistics, customs clearance, and cross-cultural team management are preferred; familiarity with Incoterms, logistics and customs clearance processes, and import policies of the destination country is preferred.
