About this task
岗位职责:
1. 全面负责海外钢结构项目的现场施工组织、进度、质量、安全及成本管理,确保项目按合同要求顺利交付。
2. 负责钢结构工程施工管理,包括钢结构安装、围护系统、屋面墙面、门窗、收边节点及相关配套工程。
3. 统筹土建工程施工,包括土方、基础、钢筋混凝土、地坪、砌体及室外配套工程。
4. 编制并落实项目总体施工计划、月度计划和周计划,协调人员、机械、材料及施工班组进场。
5. 负责施工图纸审核、技术交底、施工方案编制及现场技术问题处理。
6. 对接海外业主、监理、设计单位、当地分包商及国内管理团队,及时汇报项目进展。
7. 负责工程量确认、现场签证、设计变更、进度款申报及项目结算资料整理。
8. 管理和协调当地施工队伍及国内派驻人员,解决跨文化、跨语言环境下的现场管理问题。
9. 负责项目材料到货验收、安装损耗控制、机械设备管理及施工成本控制。
10. 识别项目实施过程中的工期、质量、安全、商务及合同风险,并及时提出解决方案。
任职要求:
1. 定居西安人士优先或为强制条件。
2. 身体健康,能够长期驻海外项目现场,特别优秀者可适当放宽。
3. 大专及以上学历,土木工程、工程管理、钢结构、建筑工程等相关专业。
4. 具有5年以上工程项目管理经验,其中至少3年以上钢结构项目现场管理经验。
5. 独立参与或负责过不少于2-3个大型钢结构项目,具有工业厂房、大跨度钢结构、仓储物流或公共建筑项目经验者优先。
6. 熟悉钢结构制作安装、屋面墙面围护系统及基础土建施工工艺。
7. 能够看懂钢结构和土建施工图纸,具备施工方案编制、工程量复核及现场技术协调能力。
8. 具有大型建筑企业、上市公司、央企、国企或知名钢结构企业工作经历者优先。
9. 具有一级或二级建造师、安全管理证书、工程师职称者优先。
10. 具有海外工程项目经验,或在中亚、俄罗斯、东南亚、中东、非洲等地区工作经历者优先。
11. 具备较强的责任心、执行力、沟通协调能力和团队管理能力,能够适应海外项目工作节奏。
12. 能使用英语或俄语进行基本工作沟通者优先,语言能力不是硬性条件,但必须具备良好的沟通意识。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for onsite construction organization, schedule, quality, safety, and cost management of overseas steel structure projects, ensuring successful delivery in accordance with contract requirements.
2. Manage steel structure construction, including steel structure installation, enclosure systems, roofs and walls, doors and windows, edge-closing details, and related supporting works.
3. Coordinate civil construction works, including earthwork, foundations, reinforced concrete, flooring, masonry, and outdoor supporting works.
4. Prepare and implement the overall project construction plan, monthly plans, and weekly plans, and coordinate the mobilization of personnel, machinery, materials, and construction teams.
5. Be responsible for construction drawing review, technical briefings, construction plan preparation, and handling onsite technical issues.
6. Liaise with overseas owners, supervisors, design organizations, local subcontractors, and the domestic management team, and report project progress in a timely manner.
7. Be responsible for quantity confirmation, onsite variation records, design changes, progress payment applications, and project settlement documentation.
8. Manage and coordinate local construction teams and domestically assigned personnel, and solve onsite management issues in cross-cultural and cross-language environments.
9. Be responsible for project material arrival inspection, installation loss control, machinery and equipment management, and construction cost control.
10. Identify schedule, quality, safety, commercial, and contractual risks during project implementation and propose solutions promptly.
Requirements:
1. Candidates settled in Xi'an are preferred or required.
2. Good health and ability to be stationed long-term at overseas project sites; exceptions may be considered for outstanding candidates.
3. College degree or above in civil engineering, engineering management, steel structures, construction engineering, or a related field.
4. More than 5 years of engineering project management experience, including at least 3 years of onsite management experience in steel structure projects.
5. Independently participated in or led at least 2-3 large steel structure projects; experience in industrial plants, long-span steel structures, warehousing and logistics facilities, or public building projects is preferred.
6. Familiar with steel structure fabrication and installation, roof and wall enclosure systems, and foundation civil construction processes.
7. Able to read steel structure and civil construction drawings, and capable of preparing construction plans, reviewing quantities, and coordinating onsite technical matters.
8. Work experience in large construction enterprises, listed companies, central or state-owned enterprises, or well-known steel structure companies is preferred.
9. Holder of Class I or Class II Constructor certificates, safety management certificates, or engineer titles is preferred.
10. Overseas engineering project experience, or work experience in Central Asia, Russia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or Africa is preferred.
11. Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, communication and coordination skills, and team management ability; able to adapt to the pace of overseas projects.
12. Ability to use English or Russian for basic work communication is preferred; language ability is not mandatory, but good communication awareness is required.
