岗位职责：
1. 负责模具项目进度管理，确保项目各节点能满足客户需求。
2. 协调内外部资源，组织项目各阶段的执行与沟通，保障运营顺畅。
3. 跟踪项目关键节点，及时识别风险并采取应对措施。
4. 与相关方保持有效沟通，确保需求准确传递与落实。
5. 定期汇报项目进展，提供决策支持信息。

2. 具有较强的组织协调能力和问题解决能力。
3. 能够熟练运用办公软件进行数据分析和文档制作。

Work location: South Korea. Working language: Korean. Overseas assignment duration: 1 year.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the progress of mold projects and ensure that each project milestone meets customer requirements.
2. Coordinate internal and external resources, organize execution and communication at each project stage, and ensure smooth operations.
3. Track key project milestones, identify risks in a timely manner, and take appropriate countermeasures.
4. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure accurate transmission and implementation of requirements.
5. Regularly report project progress and provide information to support decision-making.
Requirements:
1. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to use Korean proficiently for work communication.
2. Strong organizational coordination and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proficient in office software for data analysis and document preparation.
4. Responsible, resilient under pressure, and a strong team player.
