工作地点：韩国。工作语言：韩语。驻外时长：6~12个月。
岗位职责：
1. 负责售前技术支持，包括售前样机验证、客户 NPI 制程验证，推动项目获取订单。
2. 负责售后技术支持，包括完成项目架线，进行大型项目维护及区域售后维护，解决客户端投诉及售后技术问题，保持客户粘性。
3. 在大客户项目现场可作为现场 OPM，组织资源保障项目进度；对内协调内部资源，对客户作为窗口实时输出项目进度并保持信息互通。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，1 年以上行业经验；有激光行业经验优先，曾作为项目负责人并成功完成项目，具备小功率激光切割及标记设备相关项目经验。
2. 具备激光工艺能力：熟练掌握小功率激光切割及打标工艺，具备光学常识，熟悉国内外进口激光器性能参数。
3. 熟悉制造业项目管理表格工具，如甘特图、FACA、8D 等。
4. 熟练使用 CAD，具备基础电气知识，了解 PLC。
5. 具备良好的沟通和汇报能力，熟悉汇报工具，抗压能力强，具备项目思维。
6. 项目制工作环境，弹性工作，能适应长期出差。优秀应届生亦可。
Work location: South Korea. Working language: Korean. Overseas assignment duration: 6 to 12 months.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales technical support, including pre-sales prototype verification and customer NPI process verification, and help drive projects to secure orders.
2. Provide after-sales technical support, including completing project line setup, maintaining major projects and regional after-sales service, resolving customer complaints and after-sales technical issues, and maintaining customer engagement.
3. Serve as on-site OPM for key account projects when needed, organize resources to ensure project progress, coordinate internal resources, act as the customer-facing contact, provide real-time project progress updates, and maintain information flow with customers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above with at least 1 year of industry experience; laser industry experience is preferred. Experience as a project owner who has successfully completed projects, with relevant experience in low-power laser cutting and marking equipment projects.
2. Laser process capabilities: proficient in low-power laser cutting and marking processes, with basic optics knowledge and familiarity with performance parameters of domestic and imported laser sources.
3. Familiar with manufacturing project management tools and forms, such as Gantt charts, FACA, and 8D.
4. Proficient in CAD, with basic electrical knowledge and understanding of PLC.
5. Good communication and reporting skills, familiarity with reporting tools, strong stress tolerance, and project-oriented thinking.
6. Project-based work environment with flexible working arrangements; able to adapt to long-term business travel. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
