About this task
岗位职责：
1. 提供售前技术支持，包括售前样机验证、客户 NPI 制程验证，推动项目获取订单。
2. 提供售后技术支持，完成项目架线，进行大项目维护及区域售后维护，解决客户端投诉及售后技术问题，保持客户粘性。
3. 在大客户项目现场可担任现场 OPM，组织资源保障项目进度；对内协调内部资源，对客户作为窗口实时输出项目进度并保持信息互通。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，1 年以上行业经验；有激光行业经验优先；曾作为项目负责人并成功完成项目，具备小功率激光切割及标记设备相关项目经验者优先。
2. 具备激光工艺能力，熟练掌握小功率激光切割及打标工艺，具备光学常识，熟悉国内外进口激光器性能参数。
3. 熟悉制造业项目管理表格工具，如甘特图、FACA、8D 等。
4. 熟练使用 CAD，具备基础电气知识，了解 PLC。
5. 具备良好的沟通、汇报、抗压能力及项目思维，熟悉汇报工具。
6. 项目制工作环境，弹性工作，能适应长期出差；优秀应届生亦可。
驻外信息：驻外国家/地区为韩国、巴西；工作语言为中文、英语；驻外时长 6~12 个月。
薪资：12-18K·14薪。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales technical support, including pre-sales prototype validation and customer NPI process validation, and help drive projects to secure orders.
2. Provide after-sales technical support, complete project line setup, carry out major project maintenance and regional after-sales maintenance, resolve client complaints and after-sales technical issues, and maintain customer stickiness.
3. At key account project sites, act as the onsite OPM when needed, organize resources to ensure project progress, coordinate internal resources, serve as the customer-facing contact, provide real-time project progress updates, and maintain information exchange with customers.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of industry experience; laser industry experience is preferred. Experience as a project owner who has successfully completed a project is preferred, as is project experience related to low-power laser cutting and marking equipment.
2. Laser process capability, proficiency in low-power laser cutting and marking processes, basic optical knowledge, and familiarity with the performance parameters of imported laser sources from China and abroad.
3. Familiarity with manufacturing project management tools and forms, such as Gantt charts, FACA, and 8D.
4. Proficiency in CAD, basic electrical knowledge, and understanding of PLC.
5. Good communication, reporting, stress-resistance, and project-thinking skills; familiarity with reporting tools.
6. Project-based working environment with flexible working arrangements; must be able to adapt to long-term business travel. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
Overseas Assignment Information: assignment countries/regions include South Korea and Brazil; working languages are Chinese and English; overseas assignment duration is 6 to 12 months.
Salary: 12-18K with 14-month pay.
