About this task

工作职责
1. 项目管理与交付：负责项目全生命周期管理，包括范围、进度、成本、质量、风险及需求变更控制，熟练运用项目管理工具和方法；识别项目交付中的常见风险，协调跨部门团队及内外部资源，确保项目按计划推进。
2. 客户需求管理与关系维护：深入理解客户业务流程与核心需求，识别痛点并引导客户明确项目目标与范围；通过有效沟通争取客户资源支持，管理客户期望，维护客户关系。
3. 技术方案协作与产品落地：熟悉物流自动化解决方案，包括机械、电气、软件、工艺设计等，掌握产品技术参数、应用场景及性能指标；协同技术团队解答客户专业问题，推动方案优化与落地执行。
4. 项目经营与成本管控：制定项目成本计划，实施四算管理，通过数据分析识别潜在风险并支持决策；监控项目进度、质量与成本指标，提出改进建议以提升经营效益。

任职资格
1. 韩语流利，5年以上物流自动化或相关领域项目管理经验，熟悉项目全流程及风险管理。
2. 掌握财务基础知识，具备成本预测与数据分析能力。
3. 掌握物流工艺设计、自动化产品技术原理及行业解决方案，能与技术团队高效协作。
4. 具备优秀的跨部门、跨角色沟通协调能力，能精准传递信息并解决冲突。
5. 擅长组建高绩效团队，合理分配任务并激励成员，提供培训与发展支持。
6. 能在复杂场景中快速定位问题本质，制定有效解决方案并果断执行。
7. 具备优秀的谈判能力，能够就项目关键条款与客户及供应商谈判，维护公司利益。

工作地点：韩国，长期驻外。
工作语言：韩语。
薪资：20-40K·15薪。

Responsibilities
1. Project management and delivery: Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and requirement change control; proficiently use project management tools and methods; identify common delivery risks, coordinate cross-functional teams and internal/external resources, and ensure projects progress as planned.
2. Customer requirement management and relationship maintenance: Gain an in-depth understanding of customer business processes and core needs, identify pain points, and guide customers in clarifying project goals and scope; secure customer resource support through effective communication, manage expectations, and maintain customer relationships.
3. Technical solution collaboration and product implementation: Understand logistics automation solutions, including mechanical, electrical, software, and process design; master product technical parameters, application scenarios, and performance indicators; work with technical teams to answer professional customer questions and drive solution optimization and implementation.
4. Project operations and cost control: Develop project cost plans, implement cost management practices, identify potential risks through data analysis, and support decision-making; monitor project progress, quality, and cost metrics, and propose improvement suggestions to enhance business efficiency.

Requirements
1. Fluent Korean; more than 5 years of project management experience in logistics automation or related fields; familiar with the full project process and risk management.
2. Basic financial knowledge, with cost forecasting and data analysis capabilities.
3. Knowledge of logistics process design, automation product technical principles, and industry solutions, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with technical teams.
4. Excellent cross-department and cross-role communication and coordination skills, with the ability to convey information accurately and resolve conflicts.
5. Strong team management skills, including building high-performing teams, assigning tasks appropriately, motivating members, and supporting training and development.
6. Ability to quickly identify the essence of problems in complex scenarios, develop effective solutions, and execute decisively.
7. Excellent negotiation skills, able to negotiate key project terms with customers and suppliers while protecting company interests.

Work location: South Korea, long-term overseas assignment.
Working language: Korean.
Salary: 20-40K · 15 months.
