Korean-speaking IDC Data Center Operations Engineer (Junior/Mid/Senior)

About this task

工作职责
1. 数据中心运维执行：根据标准作业指导手册完成数据中心各项运维工作，并确保SLA；根据工单和业务需求完成现场运营工作。
2. 服务器故障处理与厂商协同维修：负责IDC内服务器故障处理及厂商维修跟进；维修维保服务器。
3. 网络设备运维与基础布线支持：负责IDC内网络设备调试、日常网络故障处理及少量布线；负责现场网络设备调配、维修。
4. IDC日常巡检与异常上报：负责IDC内部日常巡检工作，发现问题及时反馈至IT组长或IDC服务运营经理。

任职要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，理工科专业。
2. 具备1-5年IDC现场运维经验。
3. 熟悉数据中心常见品牌服务器、常见网络设备、光模块、光纤。
4. 能快速判断系统、硬件、网络等异常故障，善于变通并解决问题。
5. 口齿清晰、表达流畅、逻辑清晰，具备良好的跨部门及团队协作能力。
6. 有管理团队经验者优先。
7. 会韩语。

工作地点：韩国，长期驻外。
工作语言：韩语。
薪资：15-29K。

Responsibilities
1. Data center operations execution: Complete data center operations tasks according to standard operating procedures and ensure SLA compliance; perform onsite operations based on work orders and business needs.
2. Server fault handling and vendor-coordinated maintenance: Handle server faults within the IDC and follow up on vendor repairs; perform server repair and maintenance.
3. Network equipment operations and basic cabling support: Handle network equipment debugging, daily network troubleshooting, and a small amount of cabling within the IDC; allocate, repair, and maintain onsite network equipment.
4. IDC daily inspection and issue reporting: Conduct daily inspections inside the IDC and promptly report issues to the IT team lead or IDC service operations manager.

Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science or engineering.
2. 1-5 years of onsite IDC operations experience.
3. Familiar with common data center server brands, common network equipment, optical modules, and optical fibers.
4. Able to quickly identify system, hardware, network, and other faults, adapt flexibly, and solve problems.
5. Clear articulation, fluent expression, logical thinking, and good cross-department and team collaboration skills.
6. Team management experience is preferred.
7. Korean language ability required.

Work location: South Korea, long-term overseas assignment.
Working language: Korean.
Salary: 15-29K.
