About this task

岗位职责
负责韩国客户软件研发项目的整体协调与管理，作为客户与研发团队之间的主要沟通窗口，确保项目按计划推进并顺利交付。
与客户保持日常沟通，准确理解业务需求，组织需求澄清、变更管理及项目例会，及时反馈项目进展及风险。
协调中国及韩国团队的研发、测试、交付等资源，推动项目计划执行，确保项目质量、进度及成本符合预期。
跟踪项目全生命周期，包括需求分析、开发、测试、上线及验收等阶段，及时识别并推动解决项目风险和问题。
协助项目负责人进行项目计划制定、资源协调、工时管理、项目文档整理及项目报告编制。
配合销售及商务团队完成项目报价、需求评估、客户沟通及合同执行等相关工作。
建立并维护良好的客户关系，持续提升客户满意度，挖掘项目后续合作机会。
持续优化项目管理流程，推动团队协作效率及项目交付质量提升。

任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息、通信、自动化或相关专业。
具有3年以上软件研发项目管理、项目协调或客户项目管理相关工作经验，有IT服务或软件外包行业经验者优先。
熟练掌握韩语及中文，能够作为工作语言进行商务沟通；具备英语沟通能力者优先。
具备良好的客户沟通能力，能够准确理解客户需求，并有效协调研发、测试及交付团队推进项目实施。
熟悉软件开发生命周期（SDLC），了解Agile、Scrum、Waterfall等项目管理方法，具备项目计划及进度管理能力。
具有较强的问题分析能力、风险意识及跨部门协调能力，能够推动复杂问题快速解决。
工作认真负责，具备良好的执行力、抗压能力及团队合作精神，能够适应多项目并行管理。
熟练使用Office办公软件，能够使用Project、Jira、Confluence、Redmine等项目管理工具者优先。

优先考虑
有Android、Linux、Embedded、智能汽车、车载软件、IoT等项目经验。
有韩国客户项目管理经验，熟悉韩国企业沟通模式。
持有PMP、Scrum Master等项目管理认证者优先。
有跨国团队协作经验，能够协调中国研发团队与韩国客户高效沟通。

工作地点：韩国长期驻外。
工作语言：韩语、英语、中文。
薪资：20-35K。

Responsibilities
Be responsible for the overall coordination and management of software R&D projects for Korean clients, serving as the main communication window between clients and the R&D team to ensure projects progress as planned and are delivered successfully.
Maintain daily communication with clients, accurately understand business requirements, organize requirement clarification, change management and project meetings, and provide timely updates on project progress and risks.
Coordinate R&D, testing, delivery and other resources across Chinese and Korean teams, drive project plan execution, and ensure project quality, schedule and cost meet expectations.
Track the full project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, launch and acceptance, and promptly identify and drive the resolution of project risks and issues.
Assist the project lead with project planning, resource coordination, working-hour management, project documentation and project reports.
Work with sales and business teams on project quotations, requirement assessment, client communication and contract execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, continuously improve client satisfaction, and identify follow-up cooperation opportunities.
Continuously optimize project management processes and improve team collaboration efficiency and delivery quality.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, electronic information, communications, automation or a related major.
More than 3 years of experience in software R&D project management, project coordination or client project management; experience in IT services or software outsourcing is preferred.
Proficiency in Korean and Chinese for business communication as working languages; English communication ability is preferred.
Strong client communication skills, with the ability to accurately understand client needs and effectively coordinate R&D, testing and delivery teams to implement projects.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and other project management methods, and capability in project planning and schedule management.
Strong problem analysis skills, risk awareness and cross-department coordination ability, with the ability to drive quick resolution of complex issues.
Responsible, execution-oriented, able to work under pressure and collaborate well in teams, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
Proficient in Office software; experience with Project, Jira, Confluence, Redmine or other project management tools is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Android, Linux, embedded systems, smart vehicles, in-vehicle software or IoT projects.
Experience managing projects for Korean clients and familiarity with Korean corporate communication styles.
PMP, Scrum Master or other project management certifications are preferred.
Experience in cross-border team collaboration and the ability to coordinate efficient communication between Chinese R&D teams and Korean clients.

Work location: Long-term assignment in Korea.
Working languages: Korean, English and Chinese.
Salary: 20-35K.
