工作地点：中国工厂前期培训，之后长期外派韩国，对接客户及总部。

岗位背景
本岗位专为培养工厂对韩业务骨干而设立。候选人将在熟悉产品开发与生产全流程后，外派至韩国长期驻在，作为连接中国制造端与韩国工厂的核心桥梁，直接负责客户项目的落地与推进。

岗位职责
学习并协助制定产品项目流程，在执行中收集反馈，推动流程的本地化适配与效率提升。
主导或协助评审和跟踪项目中的质量、进度、生产等问题，推动解决方案落实并确保问题闭环。
协助进行项目成本核算，监控预算与实际成本差异，学习并提出成本优化建议。
在工厂端熟悉新品开发流程，协调内部资源，确保新产品项目按规划节点移交。
协助跟踪复制模项目的模具进度，协调资源，确保模具按期移交。
参与跨公司级别项目，协助组织项目规划会议，跟踪各协同部门进度并定期汇报。
与韩国客户研发团队直接沟通，汇报新产品项目进度，并参与问题解决方案确认，需使用韩语。
统筹追踪韩国客户样品制作进度，跨部门协调解决异常，确保按期交付，并参与最终样品确认。
负责韩国客户来访时的接待工作，参与新项目介绍及产品技术支持的协助讲解。
在资深项目负责人指导下学习项目团队管理方法，为未来独立负责项目做准备。
参与部门战略执行，主动学习公司价值观，协助部门进行环境、能源因素及风险机遇识别，维护管理体系文件和记录。

任职要求
韩国留学生，机械、自动化、材料、工业工程等相关工科专业优先。
韩语TOPIK 4级及以上，能够作为工作语言，与韩国客户进行日常会议和邮件沟通。
英语CET-6及以上，能够作为工作语言。
应届毕业生或工作经验少于1年，有学生会、社团项目组织经验者优先。
具备优秀的沟通协调能力和跨文化适应力。
逻辑清晰，具备基础的数据分析能力。
责任心强、抗压，愿意长期在制造行业和海外发展。
能接受长期外派韩国的工作安排，前期在中国工厂完成3-6个月岗前培训。

工作语言：韩语、英语、中文。
薪资：15-20K。

Work location: Initial training at the China factory, followed by a long-term assignment in Korea to liaise with clients and headquarters.

Position Background
This role is designed to develop core talent for Korea-related business in the factory. After becoming familiar with the full process of product development and production, the candidate will be assigned to Korea on a long-term basis, serving as a key bridge between the China manufacturing side and the Korea factory, and directly responsible for implementing and advancing client projects.

Responsibilities
Learn and assist in formulating product project processes, collect feedback during execution, and promote localized adaptation and efficiency improvement of processes.
Lead or assist in reviewing and tracking quality, schedule, production and other project issues, drive implementation of solutions, and ensure issue closure.
Assist with project cost accounting, monitor differences between budgets and actual costs, and learn to propose cost optimization suggestions.
Become familiar with new product development processes at the factory side, coordinate internal resources, and ensure new product projects are handed over according to planned milestones.
Assist in tracking mold progress for duplicate mold projects, coordinate resources, and ensure molds are handed over on schedule.
Participate in cross-company projects, assist in organizing project planning meetings, track progress of collaborating departments, and report regularly.
Communicate directly with Korean client R&D teams, report new product project progress, and participate in confirming issue solutions, using Korean as required.
Coordinate and track the production progress of samples for Korean clients, resolve exceptions across departments, ensure on-time delivery, and participate in final sample confirmation.
Handle reception for Korean client visits, and participate in new project introductions and assisted explanations for product technical support.
Learn project team management methods under the guidance of senior project leaders to prepare for independently managing projects in the future.
Participate in departmental strategy execution, learn company values, assist the department in identifying environmental and energy factors as well as risks and opportunities, and maintain management system documents and records.

Requirements
Korean overseas student background; majors in mechanical engineering, automation, materials, industrial engineering or related engineering fields are preferred.
Korean TOPIK level 4 or above, with the ability to use Korean as a working language for daily meetings and email communication with Korean clients.
CET-6 or above in English, with the ability to use English as a working language.
Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of work experience; experience organizing projects in student unions or clubs is preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination and cross-cultural adaptability.
Clear logical thinking and basic data analysis ability.
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to develop long term in the manufacturing industry and overseas.
Able to accept long-term assignment to Korea, with 3-6 months of pre-job training at the China factory in the early stage.

Working languages: Korean, English and Chinese.
