MEP Installation Project Supervisor

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Independently inspect project sites, accurately understand customer requirements, propose solutions, prepare accurate material lists, and organize construction after the project is awarded.
2. Manage project sites and control costs according to project drawings, design requirements, and contract terms.
3. Prepare project execution plans and construction schedules and drive their implementation.
4. Participate in construction drawing reviews and organize technical briefings.
5. Manage project quality, progress, and site safety and order dynamically.
6. Apply for installation materials, equipment, and spare parts, and oversee incoming-material inspections and quality control.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, with at least five years of relevant experience; MEP installation experience in the same industry is preferred.
2. Basic English proficiency, ability to read English materials, and willingness to be stationed overseas on a long-term basis.
3. Proficiency in office software and CAD drafting software.
4. Familiarity with relevant construction procedures and project management methods, with substantial project management experience.
5. Strong technical capability, professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, and effective execution skills.
6. Strong learning, communication, coordination, and organizational skills; good health and energy are required.

Benefits and work arrangements:
Overseas employees who complete one year of service receive 30 days of home leave. Overseas insurance and domestic social insurance are provided, along with an overseas meal allowance.
Work location: Vietnam. Assignment duration: one year. Working language: English.

岗位职责：
1. 独立勘察项目现场，准确了解客户需求，提供解决方案并准确编制清单；中标后组织施工。
2. 根据项目图纸、设计要求及合同条款，对工程现场进行管理并控制成本。
3. 编制项目执行计划书和施工进度计划，并推动落实。
4. 参与施工图纸会审并组织技术交底。
5. 动态管理工程项目的质量、进度及文明施工等事项。
6. 申请项目安装所需的材料、设备和配件，并负责来料检查及品质监控。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，具有5年以上相关工作经验；有同行业机电工程安装经验者优先。
2. 具备英语基础，能够读懂英文资料，并接受长期驻外。
3. 熟悉办公软件及CAD绘图软件。
4. 熟悉相关专业的施工流程及项目管理方法，具有较丰富的项目管理经验。
5. 具备扎实的技术能力、良好的职业素养和职业道德、高度的责任感及较强的执行力。
6. 具备良好的学习、沟通、协调和组织能力，身体健康、精力充沛。
