Quality Project Manager (QPM)

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with customers to understand and resolve their questions or issues concerning product quality.
2. Develop and improve quality-control processes and standards to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
3. Lead and participate in quality incident investigations, propose corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
4. Report quality performance to senior management regularly and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
2. At least five years of relevant experience, including substantial Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) experience.
3. Strong English proficiency with fluent spoken and written communication skills; overseas work experience is preferred.
4. Experience with Apple or another internationally recognized consumer electronics brand, with familiarity with its quality management systems and requirements.
5. Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate team members to achieve goals.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and resolve issues effectively under pressure.

Work location: Vietnam. Assignment duration: one year. Working language: English.

岗位职责：

2. 制定并完善质量控制流程和标准，提高产品质量与客户满意度。
3. 领导并参与质量事故调查，提出改进措施并防止类似问题再次发生。
4. 定期向高层管理人员汇报质量状况并提出改进建议。

任职要求：
1. 工程、质量管理等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 具有至少5年相关工作经验，并具备丰富的客户质量工程师（CQE）经验。
3. 熟练掌握英语，能够流畅进行英语口头及书面交流；有海外工作经验者优先。
4. 具有苹果公司或其他国际知名消费电子品牌相关工作背景，熟悉其质量管理体系及要求。
5. 具备较强的领导力和团队协作能力，能够激励团队成员达成目标。
6. 具备出色的沟通和问题解决能力，能够在压力下保持冷静并有效处理问题。

工作地点：越南。驻外时长：一年。工作语言：英语。
