Project Manager

About this task

Candidates with prior management experience may discuss a management position.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with customers and internal and external stakeholders during the early stage. Set project objectives based on product requirements and the company’s actual capabilities, and drive their achievement.
2. Build the project team according to development needs, assign and track tasks, and organize project meetings.
3. Take responsibility for project development outcomes, prepare project summary reports, and share lessons learned from project successes and failures internally.
4. Identify, assess, prevent, and control potential risks, and escalate them when necessary.
5. Serve as the primary customer-facing contact and lead the resolution of all issues between the company and the customer throughout the project.
6. Communicate directly and fluently with customers in English.
Preferred qualifications: Experience in smart hardware, consumer electronics, or electronics/hardware development.
Work location: Vietnam. Working language: English. Overseas assignment duration: 2 years. Salary: 22-40K with 16 salary payments per year.

岗位职责：
1. 前期负责对接客户及内外部相关方，根据产品需求并结合公司实际情况设定项目目标，推进目标达成。
2. 根据项目开发需求建立项目团队，进行任务分配与跟踪，并召集项目会议。
3. 对所负责项目的开发结果负责，完成项目总结报告，并在内部分享项目成败经验。
4. 具备较强的风险意识，能够识别、判断、预防和管控潜在风险，并及时升级处理。
5. 作为面向客户的主要窗口，在项目过程中主导公司与客户之间所有问题的处理。
6. 能够直接使用英语与客户无障碍沟通。
加分项：具有智能硬件、消费电子或电子/硬件开发行业经验。
