Project Management Engineer (OPM)

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the overall project development schedule, including cost control, yield target setting and improvement, and preparation of the project development master plan.
2. Allocate and coordinate the resources required for project development and provide mass-production ramp-up plans covering equipment, facilities, environmental health, and safety.
3. Set target yields for each control run and mass production stage. Manage each run’s development plan, including yield, shipment plans, material input arrangements, and the main issue list.
4. Handle mass-production capacity planning and yield improvement, and drive measures that improve capacity and yield.
5. Organize and arrange internal and customer meetings.
6. Present project status to customers and relay customer feedback internally.
7. Serve as the escalation DRI responsible for driving the project forward.
8. Coordinate internally with EPM, PD, procurement, engineering EPM, the customer engineering lead, and the customer quality engineering lead.
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of project development experience, including project management experience in the 3C industry.
2. Strong understanding of PM responsibilities and project development processes, from early-stage preparation and yield target setting through post-launch yield improvement, delivery target achievement, and related supporting work.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Must be able to lead engineering, quality, and production teams internally and communicate appropriately and effectively with customers externally.
4. Systematic team-management capabilities, including setting team objectives, assigning tasks, and developing team members.
5. Strong presentation skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to summarize and present project status to customers.
6. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; experience working with Client A is required.

岗位职责：
1. 负责领导项目整体开发进度，包括成本控制、良率目标设定与提升，并制定项目开发总体计划。
2. 分配和协调项目开发所需资源，制定量产爬坡计划，包括设备、场地及环境健康与安全事项。
3. 设定每次控制运行和量产阶段的目标良率，负责每次运行的开发计划，包括良率、出货计划、投料安排及主要问题清单。
4. 负责量产产能规划和量产良率提升，推动所有有利于提升产能和良率的措施。
5. 组织和安排厂内会议及客户会议。
6. 向客户汇报项目状况，并将客户反馈传达至内部。
7. 作为项目升级处理的直接责任人，推动项目进展。
8. 内部对接EPM、PD、采购、工程EPM、客户工程负责人及客户质量工程负责人。
任职要求：
1. 具有5年以上项目开发经验，须具备3C行业项目管理经验。
2. 熟悉项目经理的职责和项目开发流程，能够从开发前期准备、良率目标设定持续跟踪至量产后的良率提升、交付目标达成及相关辅助工作。
3. 具备极强的沟通协调能力，对内能够以负责人身份组织工程、质量和生产单位，对外能够与客户进行恰当且有效的沟通。
4. 具备系统化的团队管理能力，包括团队目标设定、成员任务分配及团队成长实施。
5. 表达能力强，能够熟练使用办公软件，总结并向客户汇报项目状况。
6. 英语听说读写流利，须具有A客户经验。
