Project Manager/Supervisor

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Manage the full project lifecycle for power supply products, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, goal setting, and feasibility analysis.
2. Monitor project progress, quality, and budget; identify and resolve risks and exceptions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
3. Coordinate resources and communicate with project teams, management, and customers; track key metrics and adjust execution plans when necessary.
4. Manage project quotations and costs throughout the entire process, and lead the development and implementation of cost-down initiatives.
5. Maintain close communication with customers, build trust, and proactively identify and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.
6. Lead the team in completing tasks efficiently and accept overseas travel or plant assignments to support localized production and delivery.

Requirements
1. At least eight years of work experience, including five or more years of experience with power supply products or related peripherals, as well as project management experience at a listed company or industry-leading enterprise.
2. Strong knowledge of power supply product development processes and mature full-lifecycle project management capabilities.
3. Ability to use English as a working language, with fluent cross-border communication and business negotiation skills.
4. Clear logical thinking, excellent organizational and coordination skills, resilience under pressure, and willingness to travel or work overseas.

Work arrangement: Long-term onsite assignment in Vietnam. Working languages: English and Chinese.

工作职责
1. 项目全周期管理：熟悉电源产品开发流程，负责制定项目计划与预算，明确项目时间表、目标及可行性分析。
2. 进度与质量管控：监控项目执行进度，确保按时、按质、按预算达成目标；及时识别并解决项目中的各类风险与异常。
3. 资源统筹与沟通：对接项目团队、上级及客户，传递项目规划并获取资源支持；动态监测各项指标，适时调整执行计划。
4. 成本控制与降本：负责项目报价及全流程成本管理，主导Cost down方案的制定并推动落地。
5. 客户需求挖掘：保持与客户的深度沟通，建立互信，前瞻性挖掘并转化客户需求。
6. 团队协作与出差：带领团队高效完成任务，并接受境外出差或驻厂安排，以支持属地化生产交付。

任职要求
1. 具备8年及以上工作经验，其中5年以上电源或电源周边产品工作经验，并具备上市公司或行业头部企业项目管理背景。
2. 精通电源产品开发流程，具备成熟的项目全生命周期管理思维。
3. 英语可作为工作语言，具备流畅的跨国沟通及商务洽谈能力。
4. 逻辑清晰，具备优秀的组织、协调及抗压能力，能适应海外出差或驻外工作。

工作安排：长期驻越南线下工作。工作语言：英语、中文。
