About this task

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of optical module products, including product planning, development, mass production, and phase-out.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to drive on-time product delivery and ensure quality meets customer requirements.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, formulate product strategies, and optimize product performance.
- Work closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to enhance product competitiveness and market responsiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in communications engineering, electronic engineering, or a related field.
- Product management experience in optical modules or a related field, with knowledge of optical module technologies and industry standards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as good English reading and writing proficiency; ability to adapt to an overseas work environment.
- Work or project experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is preferred.

Work arrangement: Long-term onsite assignment in Vietnam. Working languages: English and Chinese.

- 与研发、生产、销售团队紧密合作，提升产品竞争力和市场响应速度。

任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，通信工程、电子工程或相关专业。
- 具备光模块或相关领域产品管理经验，熟悉光模块技术原理及行业标准。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力及英文读写能力，能适应海外工作环境。
- 有越南或东南亚地区工作或项目经验者优先。

工作安排：长期驻越南线下工作。工作语言：英语、中文。
