Engineering Supervisor

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee equipment maintenance and servicing, and coordinate mechanics and electricians.
2. Follow up on automation projects, including commissioning, supplier coordination, progress and parts tracking, and issue documentation and feedback.
3. Support lean production by establishing labor-hour and piece-rate standards, developing SOPs, and planning and adjusting on-site layouts.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to an overseas working environment.
2. Basic understanding of engineering project management and good organizational and coordination skills.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; willing to travel frequently and work overseas.
Work details: Based in Vietnam for one year. The working language is Chinese.

岗位职责：
1、负责设备维护和保养，并安排机修及电工工作。
2、跟进自动化项目，包括调试、厂家对接、进度及配件跟踪，以及问题记录与反馈。
3、推进精益生产，包括制定工时工价及SOP，并规划和调整现场布局。
任职要求：
1、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够适应海外工作环境。
2、对工程项目管理有基本了解，具备一定的组织协调能力。
3、责任心强，具备较好的抗压能力，能够适应频繁出差及海外工作。
工作信息：驻越南工作，驻外时长为1年，工作语言为中文。
